教学过程
Step 1. Greetings and Singing an English song
1. Greeting
T: Good morning, boys and girls. Glad to meet you.
2. Sing a song.
“Hi, Vickey”
歌词很简单,编些简单的动作作为每节课的热身运动,帮助集中学生注意力。
Hi, Vickey, Vickey, Vickey.(右手左右挥动)。
How are you doing? (右手从胸前打开,手臂先弯曲再伸直。).
I’m fine. (两只手先放胸前,在交叉打开。)
Thanks. ( 右手放在左肩,弯腰。)
Step 2. Presentation
Are you happy now?
Joy and Bill are happy, too. (幻灯出示 Joy 和 Bill 的照片)
Because, they are having a birthday party with animals. (幻灯上出现一个蛋糕)
Can you guess, who are they?
1. 一起唱“What’s this? What’s this? What’s this? What? What? It’s a cat. It’s a cat. It’s a cat, cat, cat.”幻灯出示猫的图片,教师拿出事先做好的猫的头饰,说:“Hello! I’m a cat.”让学生戴上头饰边用英语说 Hello! I’m a cat.
2. T: Listen, what’s this? (It’s a bird.)
Hello, I’m a bird. (戴上头饰)
3. Teach words about animals, such as duck and dog, etc.
4. Show a parrot to students, then asked which animal likes eating parrot.
5. Show a part of chicken’s body, then asked which animal may it be.
3. Drill and practice.
1. Do and guess.
A group of four students, one of the students do some actions, the others guess which animal it is.
Each group do it for three times.
3. Look and guess.
Use a piece of paper, which has a hole, covers the words card, let the student guess which animal it is.
4. Chant.
(1) Listen to the tape.
Chant together.
---Which animal it is?
---It is a/an …
(2) Each group try to make an chant .
Eg:Good morning, cat.
Good morning, dog.
What’s your name?
I’m cat.
What’s your name?
I’m rabbit.
Step 4. Short dialogue. (戴上头饰表演)
Rabbit: Hello, I’m a rabbit.
Dog: Hello, I’m a dog.
Rabbit: How are you?
Dog: I’m fine. Thanks.
How are you?
Rabbit: I’m fine. Thanks.
Dog: Goodbye.
Rabbit: Bye.
Each student try to make their own dialogue, and pick up several students to show.
Step 5. Homework
1. Write down the new words for four times.
2. Read fluently and recite the dialogue.
