教学设计
课题:Unit 1 In China (人教2011课标版一年级起点六年级上册) 课时:第三课时
一、教材分析
本课选自人教2011课标版一年级起点小学英语六年级上册Unit 1 In China第三课时。本单元要求学生认识和了解中国不同的城市以及他们的人文地理知识。第三课时要求学生能够在阅读情境中学会描述一座城市的方法,并且能够初步学会用关键句来描述一座自己喜欢的城市。本课是阅读教学,通过文本的学习学生能够通过略读和精读找到描述一座城市的方法,边归纳边使用,从而提高学生语言输出能力。
二、学情分析
六年级的学生处在12-13岁之间,这个年龄段的孩子具有较好的单词储备、口语表达能力和英文书写能力。他们对教材结构和教学任务理解较为清晰,并且能够在英语听、说、读、写方面四个方面进行综合的学习。但是他们也需要教师为他们提供教学情景和学习方法来提高英语的综合素养,为今后的英语学习奠定坚实的基础。
三、教学目标
1. 知识目标:读懂介绍中国三个城市的小短文,掌握核心词汇和描写城市的方法。 2. 技能目标:仿照阅读文段,按照描述城市的方法写5-6句话介绍一个城市。 3. 情感目标:了解中国城市之美,激发学生热爱祖国和热爱城市的情感。
四、教学重点及难点
1. 教学重点: 单词:round the Yangtze River foggy spicy silk stone forest 句型: Where is it? What is it famous for? What is the weather like? What can you do there? 2. 教学难点: 根据所学短文的描写方法介绍一个城市。
五、教学基本策略及设计思路
本课文本以介绍中国三个城市以及其代表性的特征为主题展开,通过教学活动设计,让学生在学习短文以后学会归纳描写城市的重点句型,并且使用重点句型去描述自己喜欢的一个城市。本课以观看中国城市的视频为切入点,让学生领略我们国家的不同城市之美,提高学生学习的兴趣和积极性。在阅读教学中,运用略读和精读技巧和不同的巩固练习活动如回答问题、复述、创编对话等,来提高学生的阅读理解能力。在巩固提升训练当中,使用文章书写的方式来巩固和提高学生书写能力和在情境中语言运用的能力。同时采用小组合作学习等活动策略,实现教学目标,提高学生的语用能力。
六、资源的开发及说明
在教学过程中,我充分利用了计算机多媒体,课件和学生作业单等教学资源。多媒体集文字、声音、图像和动画等为一体,不仅有利地丰富了课堂教学内容,而且给学生提供了生动形象的教学,有助于学生的识记,也提高了学生的英语思维能力。课件和学生作业单让学生清晰地了解学习任务,从而提高学生学习的效果。
