教材分析
本单元教学共分为2课时,第一课时以词汇教学为主,主要是对Let’s learn中词汇进行学习。“词不离句”是本课时教学要遵循的原则。第二课时为会话教学,要求学生在学习重点词汇的基础上能够理解和运用对话How often do you..?就活动的频率进行问答。

(1) 出示学习目标

(2) 展示Part B Let’s learn more
a. 教师板书或用PPT展示下列问题,要求学生在第一遍自读短文的过程中,找出下面问题的答案,并用横线标记出来。教师板书(写在问题的右边)并领读短语。

教学小贴士
Let’s learn more部分的短文主要学习的是怎样描述第三人称的活动频率。关于频率的描述,在Let’s talk部分只学了every day。在这一篇课文中主要学习类似的短语:nine hours every night, twice a week, once a month, three times a week。教师可拓展讲解频率的表述,如:在表示“一个时间 段里某事发生几次”时,先说“多少次”再说“时间段”。一次once,两次twice,三次以上要用“数词+ times”来表示次数。
(3) 巩固活动:听读练习
a. 教师带领学生一起浏览Read again and answer the questions部分的五个问题。教师可以通过请同学单独读问题、集体读、男女生读等不同的方法来引起学生注意。
b. 教师播放Let’s learn more部分的录音。播放第一遍时,可让学生先感知短文中的语音语调以及停顿断句。播放第二遍时,教师可逐句播放,让学生模仿音频中的语音语调跟读本部分内容。
c. 让学生集体读短文一遍,然后让男女生一句一句交替读一遍。
d. 教师随机选出学生回答这五个问题,核对答案。?

(4) 新课展示Part B Ask and answer, play the game,和 read and act.
a. 教师播放Read and act部分的录音,可连续播放两遍,帮助学生理解故事大意。
b. 教师再次播放录音,鼓励学生模仿其语音语调逐句跟读。
c. 自己读对话,比一比看谁能在一分钟内读完,并且读得准确、流利!
d. 小组合作,练习对话并表演,其他同学评价。
