You should eat less salty,sweet and fatty food because eating too much of
such food will make you fat!
Milk,cheese,meat and fish
Milk and cheese are dairy products.You need them to keep your bones
and teeth strong.Meat helps you grow strong,but too much meat may
make you fat.
Fruit and vegetables
You should eat enough fruit and vegetables.You should eat at least two
servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables everyday.Remember “ two
plus three” and you will become healthy.
Cereals,bread and noodles
You should eat plenty of cereals,bread and noodles.They give you energy
to study,work and play.
Water
You should also drink at least 6~8 glasses of water each day.Your body
needs a lot of water.Remember to drink more water.
