Step 1. Greeting
Saying good morning to students to make students pay attention to the class.
T: Good morning, everyone. Welcome back to school. How are you today?
Ss: Fine, thank you.
T: Nice to see you again.
Ss: Nice to see you, too.
Step 2. New words
Presenting the new words (love, live in, teacher, family, worker, doctor, student, tall, short.) by using the pictures.让同学们在学习单词的同时熟悉本课重点结构例如This is a family.
This is my mother. She is a doctor.
Step 3. Presentation.
1. Presenting the new structures by showing the pictures and making students understand them.
展示图片给学生辨认,引出本课单词“love, live in, teacher, family, worker, doctor, student, tall, short.”
2. Making students to talk about with others by using the key structures.
在本课单词的基础上引出本课重点句子They live in Canada.
