Lesson 16 is the fourth lesson in Unit 3, Book 9.This unit focus on the subject Writing Home, Lesson 16 mainly talks about the form of email. It conclude address, topic and content.

Step 1. Warm-up
Greeting：

Sing the song.
Step 2. Presentation and practice
Lead in:
Teacher show the picture of email, and ask students what the email they know. Then let students introduce it.
Learn the text.
Watch the video and answer the question:
What are the advantages of email?
Check the answer.
Explain the form of email. Teacher teach them according to the pictures.
Show the picture of email, and explain the address.
Show the picture of email, and explain the topic.
Show the picture of email, and explain the contents.
