教学目标:
1.知识与技能目标:
(1)能够读懂故事,完成关于Diffos 一家人相关信息的表格。
(2)能够在教师的引导下编唱Diffos一家人的歌曲。
(3)能够以Debbie Diffo 或者 David Diffo 的口吻描述出Diffos一家人的相关信息。
(4)通过编唱歌曲,拓展学生的创造思维的能力。
2.情感态度目标:
(1)通过读这样有趣的故事,培养他们爱学英语的兴趣。
(2)通过能够描述故事的内容,培养他们的成就感。
重点难点:
教学重点:读懂故事。
教学难点:能够以Debbie或者David的口吻叙述Diffos一家人的相关信息。

比较法、启发式引导法、问答法、图片展示法

教学过程:
Step1.Greeting.

T:Hello,boys and girls.
S:Hello.

2.Lead-in:
PPT出示Jenny的家人关于喜欢的颜色,食物,运动方面的一些不同的照片,来讲解Jenny家人的爱好和不同:This is different.问一问What’s her name ?Her name is Lynn.Can you see "Hello" to Lynn.What's his name ?His name is bob.Can you see "How are you ?" to Bob.
This is The Smiths.这是史密斯的一家。Today,we will learn a story :The Diffos.(板书)
(设计目的:通过The Smiths 一家人喜好的介绍,为学习The Diffos 做准备,让学生明白,Diffos是这一家人的姓,和Lynn, Bob 打招呼,是为了学习故事的时候,和Debbie,David打招呼做准备:Hello,David.How are you ?Debbie.Nice to meet you, David.这样一来学生是对这两个难读的名字的发音练习,在打招呼的同时就不知不觉的学会了这两个词的发音了,同时也是对礼貌待人的好习惯的培养。)
Step2.New Concepts.
T:PPT出示How many people are there in the Diffos?(用课件出示 Father 、Mother、sister 、brother、dog )

T:If you can read the names,You can spell them.

(设计意图:看图找Diffos一家几口人,第一次听录音找出女儿和儿子的名字,因为是第一次听学生读出名字有困难,所以让他们拼出名字的字母组合,然后通过和他们用英语打招呼来练习些名字的发音。)

(设计意图:了解故事的详细内容,为以David和Debbie口吻描述Diffos 家人的信息做准备。)
当学生说到Diffo Dog喜欢的颜色、食物、和玩球的时候,让学生找出故事中那幅图描述的这些,领大家读一读。这也是这个故事的有趣之处。
T: Choose the differences of the Diffos.
教师PPT出示普通人戴帽子和迪福一家带帽子的图片让学生选出不同。出示普通做法的鱼和迪福家做出的鱼的图片,让学生选不同。出示公园放风筝和Debbie 在屋里放风筝的图片让学生选不同。出示KTV里唱歌和 David and Debbie 在图书馆唱歌的图片,让学生找不同。每幅图片学生找完不同以后,老师要给出关于图片的短语提示:caps on his fingers/caps on her nose ;fish with ice cream; fly kites in the house; sing songs in the library.在说到sing songs in the library 的时候,老师要用图片和身体语言的形式帮助学生get angry at 这个短语的意思。比如生气的图片,安静的手势,捂耳朵的动作。让学生看着图片说句子:The mother gets angry at the boy. The police officer gets angry at the thief.
(设计意图:通过与常理现象的对比,让学生深入理解故事)
T:Let’s make the Diffos’ song: Blue,blue yahoo! Cap, cap yahoo! hot dog hot dog yahoo! …剩下的学生来完成。sing in the library yahoo!老师完成最后一句。
Ss:sing the song.
(设计意图:激趣,开发思维,检索故事的信息。)
Step 3.Practise.(以David 或 Debbie 的口吻介绍关于自己的信息老师给出文字性的提示)
T:PPT出示:Hello!My name is David Diffo. My favourite colour is ______.I like to wear my caps on my _____. I like ________ for breakfast. I love fish with _________. I like to play with my _______.
