现在校园里有很多中学生吸烟,你知道吗,为了建造无烟校园,从今年起教育部发布了校园禁烟政策。
As we all know,the Chinese Ministry of Education released a smoking?free policy in campus on 29th January this year.And during the past 10 years,there were an alarming increase in students smoking which is quite disturbing.But in fact,smoking is such a bad habit that does great harm to smokers' health as well as the people around.
The factors lead to a great rise in campus smoking is really complex.First of all,with the increase of our living standard,we students have much pocket money which enables us to afford the cigarettes.And then,there are so many advertisements about cigarettes around us.What's more,we can get access to them easily.Last but not least,in some students' opinions,smoking is really cool which may make them feel more mature than others.
It's high time that we took actions to help them get rid of such a bad habit and build a smoking free campus.Firstly,I think there should be anti?smoking courses in our classes which would let us know about the danger of smoking.Secondly,there should not be any cigarettes on sale in the shops in campus which would help a lot.
Only in these ways can we build a smoking free campus.And only by building a smoking free campus can we protect our health from smoking.

一、附加疑问句的组成
附加疑问句包括陈述部分和附加疑问部分。附加疑问部分一般由助动词、be动词或情态动词和表示主语的代词构成。

二、反意疑问句的几种特殊句型
(一)陈述部分含有must的反意疑问句
当must作“必须”讲时,其反意疑问部分用needn't;当含有mustn't(不允许、禁止)时,其反意疑问部分用must/may。如:
You must go now,needn't you?
你现在必须走,是吗?
You mustn't smoke here,must/may you?
你不可以在此吸烟,行吗?
当must/may(might)表示推测,即must作“一定,准时”讲,may/might作“可能”讲时,可首先将句子改变“I am sure/guess that从句”,反意疑问部分的动词形式根据be sure/guess后的宾语从句的谓语动词形式确定。如:
1.You must/may(might)be hungry now, ?→I am sure/guess that you are hungry now,aren't you?→You must/may (might)be hungry now,aren't you?
你现在一定/可能饿了,是吗?
2.You must have heard about it, ?→I am sure that you have heard about it,haven't you?→You must have heard about it,haven't you?

(二)陈述部分含有used to的反意疑问句
其反意疑问部分用usedn't或didn't均可。如:

(三)陈述部分含有ought to的反意疑问句
其反意疑问部分用oughtn't或shouldn't均可。如:

当陈述部分带有seldom,hardly,scarcely,never,few,little,nothing,nobody等否定词或半否定词时,疑问部分的动词用肯定形式。如:

(五)如果陈述部分含有由表示“否定”意义的前缀构成的词,其反意疑问部分一般用否定式。如:

(六)陈述部分含有宾语从句的反意疑问句
(1)当陈述部分带有宾语从句时,疑问部分的主语与助动词常和主句保持一致。如:
He said that he would come to my birthday party,didn't he?
他说他要来参加我的生日聚会,是吗?
(2)陈述部分的谓语动词是think,believe,suppose,guess,expect,imagine,且主语为第一人称时,疑问部分的主语和时态与宾语从句的主语和时态保持一致;陈述部分的主语为第二、三人称时,后面的反问部分的主语和时态与陈述部分的主语、时态一致。如:
I don't believe he will succeed,will he?

(七)祈使句的反意疑问句
祈使句后的附加问句不表示反意,而表示一种语气。其结构为:
(1)否定祈使句,+will you?
(2)肯定祈使句,+will/won't you?
(3)Let's...,+shall we?
(4)Let us...,+will/won't you?
(5)Let+第三人称...,+will you?如:
Open the door,will/won't you?打开门,好吗?
Let's go out for a walk,shall we?我们出去散步,好吗?

(八)回答反意疑问句时应遵循的原则
1.不管是主句为否定,还是附加问句为否定,回答时只看所提到的事情是否已/会发生。如果发生了,用肯定回答,否则用否定回答。如当对方问你You aren't a teacher,are you?或You are a teacher,aren't you?时,你只要听懂you和teacher两个单词即可,如果你是老师,回答Yes,I am.否则,No,I am not.
2.要么肯定到底,要么否定到底,不会出现类似于Yes,I don't.或No,I do.的形式。
(九)附加问句的主语和陈述部分的主语在人称、数上保持一致的几种情况

本单元的写作项目属于记叙文体类别中的“讲述自身发展变化过程”的记叙文。这类题目要求我们找出自身的问题并描述其状态。然后写出改变的原因及方法。最后表达自己的决心和愿望。
一、基本框架
1.开头(beginning)——开门见山,指出自己的问题,并描述问题的情况或导致的结果。
2.主体(body)——写出想要解决问题的原因及如何解决问题的方法。
3.结尾(ending)——结合上文,表达自己的决心和愿望。
二、注意事项
(1)仔细审题,敲定主题。文章的目的、内容、结构层次以及语言的运用,都要围绕主题进行。
(2)根据情景提示和主题,安排文章的结构层次,用每段的首句即主题句来指明段落的中心思想。安排好关键的主题句,就会使中心更加突出,主题清楚。
(3)要进行审题,初写时,多模仿句型写简单句,循序渐进,逐渐深化。
(4)写作前最好有个简明扼要的提纲,让自己的行文有章可循。审题后要先写出草稿,经过修改之后,再正式成文。

The Story of My Life
It is with a kind of fear that I begin to write the history of my life.I have,as it were,a superstitious hesitation in lifting the veil that clings about my childhood like a golden mist.The task of writing an autobiography is a difficult one.When I try to classify my earliest impressions,I find that fact and fancy look alike across the years that link the past with the present.The woman paints the child's experiences in her own fantasy.A few impressions stand out vividly from the first years of my life;but“the shadows of the prison?house are on the rest”.Besides,many of the joys and sorrows of childhood have lost their poignancy;and many incidents of vital importance in my early education have been forgotten in the excitement of great discoveries.In order,therefore,not to be tedious I shall try to present in a series of sketches only the episodes that seem to me to be the most interesting and important.
I was born on June 27,1880,in Tuscumbia,a little town of northern Alabama.
The family on my father's side is descended from Caspar Keller,a native of Switzerland,who settled in Maryland.One of my Swiss ancestors was the first teacher of the deaf in Zurich and wrote a book on the subject of their education—rather a singular coincidence;though it is true that there is no king who has not had a slave among his ancestors,and no slave who has not had a king among his.
My grandfather,Caspar Keller's son,“entered”large tracts of land in Alabama and finally settled there.I have been told that once a year he went from Tuscumbia to Philadelphia on horseback to purchase supplies for the plantation,and my aunt has in her possession many of the letters to his family,which give charming and vivid accounts of these trips.
