Section A (1a-2c)教学设计

一 、 教材分析
本单元围绕课余活动的话题设计不同层次的语言实践活动,教会学生谈论从事不同活动的频率。本课时,1a—2c侧重课余活动及常见频度副词的学习。在训练听说能力的同时,学习单位时间内频率次数的表达方式和How often...?疑问句及应答。
二 、教学目标
知识与技能:
1、能掌握以下单词: housework , hardly, ever, hardly ever, once, twice, Internet, program
2 、能掌握以下句型:
① —What does he do on weekends? —He usually watches TV.
② — How often do you watch TV? —I watch TV every day.
③ — Does he go shopping? —No, he never goes shopping.
3、能了解以下语法:
频度副词及一般现在时简单谈论周末活动情况。
情感、态度与价值观:
通过本单元的学习,养成健康的饮食习惯,保证充足的睡眠时间,进行合理的运动锻炼,以保持健康的体魄。培养学生的逻辑表述能力,激发学生的积极思维,并使学生互相了解,增进友谊,加强人际交往,以形成良好的人际关系。
三、教学重、难点
教学重点:
1) 对6个频度副词细微差异的理解及使用。
2)询问频率的句型的熟悉与运用。
3)一般现在时在不同人称下动词形式及提问的变化。
教学难点:
1) 第三人称单数谓语动词在此核心句型中的运用。
2) 谈论课余时间的各项活动,以及初步认识和使用频率副词。
四、过程与方法:
通过老师讲解带读,激发学生学习兴趣,让学生自主学习,合作学习,探究学习,在熟悉的情境中用英语进行交流表达,在轻松的氛围中学习新知。

六、课时安排 :一课时
七、教学过程
1、 Warming-up
T: “Hello! Every one! Last lesson we talked about vacations. Now toady, let’s talk about our weekends. How was your last weekend? What did you do last weekend?”
S:
2、 Presentation
①Teacher ask:“What do you usually do on weekends ? ” (并且板书)
让学生根据自己的实际回答。I usually …… on weekends.
sometimes…..
always…….
②教师引导学生齐读课件对话,练习句型
③教师引导学生用英语说出书本中图片活动的英语表达。
watch TV,read books,exercise,help with housework,go shopping,go to movies
④让学生读熟活动短语
⑤点击鼠标屏幕上出现频率副词及相关的百分比。
always (100%) usually(80%) often (30-50%)
sometimes (20%) hardly ever(5%) never (0%)
⑥领读频率副词,让学生快速认读。
3、 Writing
Look at the picture. Discuss with your partners. Make a list of the weekend activities.
Let some Ss read out their activities. Let other Ss add more activities.
4、 Practice listening 1b
Lead in :
Teacher will say: “Listen! Some students are talking about what they do on weekends. You listen to the tape carefully and write down their weekend’s activities in 1b.”(听力活动也是一个以听力的形式进行的输入活动。能听出来频度副词所对应的词组就可以)
Check their answers after listening.
5、 Practice speaking (work in pairs)
Lead in:
Teacher asks one student:
T: What do you do on weekends?
S: I usually watch TV.
T: Do you go shopping?
S: Yes, I often go shopping. /No, I never go shopping.
The teacher asks another student to give them some examples. And the teacher asks the students to work in pairs like this to practice the conversation in 1c..
A: What do you do on weekends?
B: I usually/ often/sometimes……….
A: Do you play sports/go shopping/read books/ watch TV?
B: Yes. I often/sometimes/usually/………
No, I never /hardly ever ….
(这是两人一组的对话活动,以说的形式将所学的词组和频度副词和目标语输出)
6、 Work in pairs
Teacher asks one student:
T: What does your father do on weekends?
S: He often reads books.
T: Does he go shopping?
S: No, he never goes shopping.
The teacher asks students to ask their partners about what their parents do on weekends. (这一活动目的在练习下第三人称)
7、 Listening
①Work on 2a:
Let Ss read the phrases in the chart.
Tell Ss that Cheng Tao is taking about how often he does these activities. Play the recording for the first time. Ss listen and number the activities [1-5].
Play the recording for the second time for the Ss to check the answers.
②Work on 2b:
Tell Ss they will hear the recording again. This time, listen and match the activities in 2a with how often Cheng Tao does them.
Ss listen and math the activities with the phrases.
Check the answers.
8、 Do a survey ,finish 2c

9、Pair work (学生合作交流学生根据自己的经历组织语言,进行对话。)
Ask one student how often he/she watch TV as a model.
T: Hi, S1. How often do you watch TV?
S1: I watch TV every day.
T: What’s your favorite program?
S1: Animal world.
T: How often do you watch it?
S1: Twice a week.
Let one student read the activities in the chart. Tell them these new words:
favorite website (最喜欢的网站);favorite sport (最喜欢的运动)
Ss work with their partners. Then ask some pairs to act out their conversations.
10、Homework:
①Read 1b and 2a
② Finish exercise book
板书设计:

What does he do on weekends?
—He usually watches TV.
How often do you watch TV?
—I watch TV every day.
Does he go shopping?

教学反思:
本节课,强调了学生的主体地位,在教学活动中激发了学生学习的兴趣,引导了学生自主学习,合作交流,大胆的表达,但还存在不足。一部分学生因基础差,课下还需努力。听力这一块是学生比较薄弱的环节,一部分学生,还需要加强训练。了解学生知识点存在的缺漏,下一步采取有效措施予以解决。
