建议信:
建议信一般采用“三段式”结构。
首先表明写作意图,指出对方遇到的问题,并就问题进行分析。主体段首先应该肯定对方的优点,然后再写需要改进的地方,或针对某一具体情况提出自己的建议。要充分考虑对方的实际情况,表达时应选择得体的用语。结尾段对提出的建议进行总结,要注意有礼貌,让对方容易接受。
