一、教学目标

2）进行一步复习巩固学习Section A 部分所学的生词和词组。
3）对形容词及副词的最高级形式的构成进行总结，掌握其构成规则。

1) 复习巩固Section A 部分所学的生词和词组，达到熟练运用的目标。
2) 掌握和运用形容词和副词的最高级形式来描述人物或事物。

1) 掌握一些特殊形容词或副词的最高级形式。
2) 运用形容词和副词的最高级形式来描述人物或事物。

Ⅰ. Lead-in
回答下列问题：

Have some pairs of students practice the conversations.
Ⅱ.Role-play the conversations
1.First ,listen to the converstion and answer the question:

（一）、形容词和副词的最高级形式的构成：
1. 学生们观察例词，发现他们的规则，与同学们讨论，并记下来。
2. 最后，由各小组长来说一说他们小组所做的总结。
3. 大屏幕出示形容词和副词的最高级形式的规则，学生们记忆或记在笔记本上。

（二）、用最高级来描述人物或事物的句型小结：
1. A + be + the 形容词最高级 + 表示范围的介词词组.
2. A + 动词+ (the) 副词最高级 +（表示范围的介词词组）.

Ⅴ.Work on 3a:
1. Tell Ss to read the sentences in 3a and try to fill in the blanks with correct forms of the words in brackets.
2. 方法指导：应通读全句，掌握短文大意；然后，根据句意及句子中有没有表示范围的词组，来确定空格处的形容词或副词是用何级别形式。比如，在第一题中，句末有表示范围的词组in town，可知空格处应填bad的最高级形式，故应填worst。其他类似。
3. 学生们，按老师指导的方法进行阅读，并逐句推敲每空应填什么词，在实际的运用提高自己的阅读能力、分析能力及综合运用能力。
4. 最后，教师与同学们一起校对答案，并对学生们有疑问的地方进行解释。
Ⅵ.Work on 3b:
1. 让学生们阅读表格中词语，并记忆这些词语的形式。
2. 让学生们思考一下他们居住地周围的一些商店的情况，并填写在表格中。
3. 让学生们就表格中所填写的内容，来发表自己谈论自己居住地周围的情况，并写在表格中。 相互检查一下自己所写的句子，发现并改正错误。
4. 让部分学生读一下自己的句子。大家一起改正句子中的错误。
Ⅶ.Group Work
1. 让一名学生读表格中的内容。并告诉学生们本学习活动的要求。
2. 学生们与自己的小组成员一起来讨论自己居住地周围的饭店的情况，并将名字及情况填写在表格中。
3. 讨论并比较这些饭店的情况，每个成员发表自己的意见，讨论自己认为是最好的饭店。
4. 选举一名学生来向同学们汇报自己小组的讨论情况。
(最后，可以经学生们评议来推举最有能力的小组）
