Choosing a new flat
教材分析：
1、本课讨论重点为choosing a new flat,在6A的教材中就有描绘家庭地址的话题，本单元则有进一步的要求描述所住公寓结构的要求，是对以往知识的延伸和拓展。
2、重点句型would like sth. 与would like to do sth.在6B等单元先后有出现，虽然对学生不再是新的知识点，但是我们仍需操练，让学生更好地复习和巩固这个功能句型。
3、本课还涉及到室内描述，所以还需熟练掌握运用地点介词near, next to, on, in front of, opposite, between…and…的用法。
学情分析：七年级学生学习英语的积极性比较高，课堂气氛活跃，乐于接受新知识。因此需要我们设计一些较为灵活、提升的教学活动。但部分学生的基础较薄弱，听说能力欠缺，因此在课本教材的基础上还需要进行扎实的巩固操练。
