Place: In the _______________Reading At 9.30 a.m. of Sept. 12 and 14, the Skyline College will have the fifth Asian Food Festival in the hall. This festival is a way to celebrate the rich and colorful Asian culture.
The festival included Chinese, Japanese and Thai food. We are sure that the different foods are really great that you can't get at the school canteen every day.
Chinese rice dumplings, Japanese sushi, Thai pineapple fried rice and prawn cakes are all items on the menu. The festival's purpose is to support the Asian Studies Center. The Asian Studies Center provides students with cultural education, training, helping students prepare to transfer, employment opportunities, travel, and studying abroad.
Asian culture week will end with a free screening of the Jet Li’s film "Hero" in the theater on Sept. 14 at 1 p.m.
