假定英语课上老师要求同桌之间交换修改作文，请你修改你同桌写的以下作文。文中共有10处语言错误，每句中最多有两处。每处错误仅涉及一个单词的增加、删除或修改。
增加: 在缺词处加一个漏字符号(∧)，并在其下面写出该加的词。
删除: 把多余的词用斜线\划掉。
修改: 在错的词下划一横线，并在该词下面写出修改后的词。
注意:
1. 每处错误及其修改均仅限一词;
2. 只允许修改10处，多者(从第11处起)不计分。

While walking home I met up with a little boy which was begging. He said he was feeling hungrily and I took him to a restaurant. To our surprise, he just chose to have some bread. He said he would like to take it away but share it with one of his friend. So I doubled the amount of food I bought. When I hand over the food to him, he took it and left in hurry without saying a word. No sooner had I taken a few steps when he showed up again, this time with another boy and they both gave to me a huge smile. Not a word was spoken, but that smile made my heart filling with happiness!

I have two foreign friends, Kari and Vance, which come from the USA. Now they were teaching English in a university in Nanjing. Last year they paid the visit to our school. All of them were surprising a school student could speak English. And they suggested to taking a photo together. Since then we have been good friends and now we write English letter to each other often.

It was Friday morning, and the writing class had just begun. Everyone was silent, waiting to see who would be called upon to read his or her paragraph aloud. Some of us were confident and eager to take part in the class activity; others were nervous and anxious. I had done my homework, but I was shy. I was afraid to speak in front of a large group of people. At that moment, I remembered that my father once said, “The classroom is a place for learning and that includes learning from textbooks and mistakes as well.” Immediately, I put up my hand.
