总的来说,汇报课上得很流畅很顺利,得到了组内老师的一致赞扬和认可。当然这堂课也有很多需要改进的地方。在此,我简要地做一个关于汇报课的教学反思和总结。
总的来说,我的本次英语汇报课主要有五个教学长处:
教学脉络清晰,教学框架完整
通过教学设计和课堂呈现,我们可以看出,整节课的教学思路是非常清晰顺畅的,各个环节紧紧相连,层层递进。整体的教学框架是非常完整的,要点齐全,细节到位。清晰顺畅的教学脉络和完整规矩的教学框架是此次汇报课成功结束的重要原因之一。
课堂内容丰富,课堂气氛活跃
通过分小组竞赛的方式,充分调动了同学们的积极性和主动性,气氛十分活跃。绝大多数的同学都做到了积极举手回答问题和回应老师,不管是需要个人回答,同伴互答,还是小组合作,都最大程度地提高了学生参与课堂的程度。以学生为本位的课堂授课模式一定程度上也推动了课堂内容的教学进程,使得课堂内容更为饱满丰富。
教态亲切自然,语音语调地道
授课过程中,我始终注重保持自己的教姿教态。教姿稳重,教态端庄,没有出现不符合教师身份的言行,同时始终牢记在课堂上保持微笑,讲解知识要点和鼓励学生呼应时都是带着微笑的。英语是一门十分看重语言质量的人文学科,因此十分重视授课者的发音质量和水平。总的来说,我讲课的语言语调还是比较标准和纯正的,给学生的学习和模仿起到了很好的示范作用。
把握教材到位,剖析文本深刻
本课的教材重点和难点就是教会学生们如何用基础的英语词汇和句型来描述人物外貌,能够做到口头输出和笔头输出,同时掌握形容词的使用和topic sentence +supporting details的写作模式。而在对教材内容进行合理有效的精简整合后,我对文本的理解更加准确到位,教学过程中我时刻注意对文本的温习复现,注重实效。
紧追中考趋势,锻炼综合能力
本节课教学设计和课堂实操紧跟中考命题趋势,注重培养学生用英语做事的综合应用能力。每次课堂活动的完成都会提升一到两种基本的英语学习能力,注重听说练习的跟进,注重读写能力的培养,这些都是符合新课改教学精神的举措。
此外,我有三点做得不够好,需要改进的地方。
课堂容量过大,需要调整容量
虽说“听、说、读、写”能力是需要不断培养的,但组内前辈教师建议,不必全都集中一节课内都涉及到,重点培养一到两种能力即可,不要光顾着赶进度,要考虑班里孩子们的实际学习情况和学习吸收能力。
组织调动学生的方式还可以再改进
个人学习、同伴学习、小组学习和全班学习结合的学习形式非常好,只是还可以再改进,增强各种调动学生的方式的有效性,比如,什么时候最适合个人学习,什么场合最适合全班跟进等等,这些都是需要长期学习和摸索的。
教学步骤还可以再调整
我对各个环节的时间把控还需要更熟练,各个环节的衔接过渡还需要更自然,更有水准。某些教学步骤还可以再调整,可以尝试做到由浅及深,从易到难。
目前,想到了两条改进措施:
调整课程容量,调整课堂节奏
调整为适应全班大部分同学能接受的课程容量,将课堂节奏调为中等,最大限度地调动学生积极性和自主性。
补充学生自评环节
一节课结束后,学生有必要梳理这节课自己的所学所得,以后需要补充自我评价表格,来回忆一下本次课堂学习的重点和难点。
总的来说,汇报课非常顺利流畅,但也需要我不断地反思和改进。相信在前辈教师的帮助下,我的教学水平会越来越高,教学艺术会越来越好。
