2.通过听力训练,感知和初步运用How much引导的问句以及回答来谈论物品的颜色和价格。能够区分名词单复数、指示代词this,that,these,those、be动词is,are和人称代词it,they的搭配。

1.课前跟着录音学会拼读下列词汇:
socks,T-shirt,shorts,sweater,trousers,shoe,skirt,dollar,big,small,short,long。
2.你喜欢购物吗?遇到自己心爱的物品如何询问价格呢?参考课本,填写下面的句子。

Step 1:Lead-in
1.Daily greeting to the students
2.Revision:Revise the words of colors.Get students to remember the words of the colors.Ask some students to speak out the words of the colors and spell them.

Eg:Teacher:Look,what’s this in English?
Student 1:It’s a jacket.
Teacher:This is my jacket.It’s nice,isn’t it?What color is it?
Student 1:It’s red.
Teacher:Do you want to buy one?

1.Teacher:I like shopping a lot.Do you like shopping?Now come with me to the clothes shop.
(Show students a picture of a clothes shop.)

Student:It’s a hat.

Student:It’s white.
(Teacher helps students to answer:It’s a white hat.It’s a small white hat.)
Help students to pronounce the new word “small” by reviewing ball and call.Present the other new words in this way.Get students to talk about the pictures in pairs,following the sample.(Show other pictures and teach students other clothes “socks,shorts,sweater,trousers,shoe,skirt”)
2.Teacher:So much for this.And then let’s review the numbers and learn the words related to prices.Can you count from 0 to 9 in English?
Student:Yes.Zero,one,two,three,four,five...
Let some students repeat that.Show some pictures of food,drink,school things,sports things with prices on the screen.
3.Show some pictures of money,and ask students guess the names and teach them:yuan/dollar/pound.Then ask students about the prices.Help them answer.
4.Ask students to look at the picture on Page37 and match the words with the things in the picture.

Before listening
