Warming-up and revision
（1）Greeting to students.
（2）Divide the Ss into four groups to present the dialogue.
Step 1：Greeting and Introduction
Begin by greeting the class with a smile and good morning!

Step 2: Show pictures and teach the words.
Step3：Play a game.
Each two students in a group to practice the dialogues:

1.vocabulary study:
Step 1: Play the recording and have them point out the words and phrases in Activity 1.
Step 2: Play the recording again and have them read after the tape.
Step 3: Have the students match the phrases and pictures in PPT.
Step 4: Have the students match the phrases and pictures in Activity6 and check their answer with their partner.
2. Dialogue study:
Step 1: Practice the dialogue with the whole class and have them make corresponding reacts.
Step 2: Have students to practise the previous dialogue with their partner.

本课时的教学内容为前两课时的一个巩固和提高。如：Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, China的复习和Where are you from? I’m from…, you can…句型的使用。
二、教学目标
通过本节课的学习，学生能够达到以下目标：
1. 能够看懂课本上的小阅读，并且熟练阅读。
2. 能够根据阅读内容正确填空，学会举一反三。
三、教学重难点
1.教学重点：清楚理解小阅读内容，巩固Where are you from? I’m from…句型。
2.教学难点：对小阅读的意思理解清楚并能正确填空。
四、教学步骤
1.课前复习
① 听写Lesson 1中的Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, China等单词。
② 两个人为一小组分角色朗读 lesson 2 中的对话，自己按情况改动更好。
2.课程学习
(1) 在课件上展示书本中lesson 3 的A部分的内容，先让学生自己阅读，并完成图片下面B部分的题目。教师逐句带读并解释其含义，check it.
