使学生能够听说读写本课词语:elephant, horse, cow, pig, sheep, bee, panda, fast等。
2.能够使用本课所学句型:We are going to the farm/zoo. What animals do you want to see? I want to see...进行口语交流。
3.使学生掌握Let’s spell中字母组合ou, ow的发音规律。

教学过程
Step 1 Warming-up
课件展示Get ready主题情景图,教师就这个情景图组织学生进行讨论,如:“Look! This is a zoo.This is a farm. There are many animals. What animals do you like? We’ll learn some animals in this unit. 教师通过指情景图,引导学生初步理解,本单元的主题是Animals,教师把单词写在黑板上,领读单词几遍。
Step 2 Presentation
课件展示每个动物图片,师:This is an elephant. elephant大象[?el?f?nt]教师领读几遍。
an elephant注意冠词要用an. They are elephants. I like elephants . They have long noses.
课件展示第二种动物图片,师:This is a panda. panda熊猫[?p?nd?]教师领读几遍。
I like pandas. They are cute.
课件展示第三种动物图片,师:This is a horse. horse马[h?:s] I like horses. They can run fast. horses['h?:s?z]注意复数读音的变化。fast快地[fɑ:st]
课件展示第四种动物图片,师:This is cow. They are cows. I like cows. They can give us milk..教师领读。
课件展示第五种动物图片,师:It’s a pig. They are pigs. They can give us meat.
It’s a sheep. They are sheep.注意sheep单数和复数相同。I like sheep. They are quiet.
It’s a bee. They are bees. They can give us honey.
教师播放录音,学生跟读。
学生自读单词,熟悉新单词。
Step3 Practice
同桌两人一组使用各种动物图片相互读新单词,不会的可以相互帮助。
四人为一组,使用动物图片,比赛看谁读得快。巩固新单词。
Step4 Presentation
老师出示课件,展示两个同学的对话内容。教师讲解:
Where are you going? I’m going to the farm/zoo.
What animals do you want to see? I want to see+名词复数形式。
Why? Because they are.... /they can...
Step5 Practice
1.同桌两人一组,相互提问并回答:Where are you going? I’m going to the farm/zoo.
What animals do you want to see? I want to see+名词复数形式。
Why? Because they are.../ they can...
教师使用“学乐师生”APP录音,分享给全班同学。
2.听录音并标出序号:播放Part A 的录音内容,把Get ready主题情景图上的动物标序号。教师使用“学乐师生”APP拍照,把答案分享给全班同学。
3.根据刚才练习的句型,完成Part C部分,把句子补充完整。教师使用“学乐师生”APP拍照,把答案分享给全班同学。
4.播放Let’s spell录音,体会字母组合的发音规律, 由学生总结发音规律,教师进行指导。
5.Listen,colour and repeat,听录音,把听到的字母组合涂颜色,并跟读单词。学生说答案,全班进行订正。
6.完成Listen and write:播放录音,同学们边跟读边把单词写在横线上。教师在班内走动,对出错的要及时纠正。
7.播放Listen and repeat歌谣,学生跟读,学生自读3遍,同桌两人组相互读,教师用“学乐师生”APP录音,然后分享给全体同学。
Step4 总结
今天我们学习了:
1.一些与动物相关的单词:elephant, horse, cow, pig, sheep, bee, panda, fast以及相关句型:
We are going to the farm/zoo. What animals do you want to see? I want to see...等。

Step5 家庭作业
1.画几幅动物的卡通图片,写上英语单词,使用“学乐师生”APP拍照,分享给全班同学。
2.把今天所学新单词在作业本上抄写一遍。
