There be 句型表示的是“某处（存在）某人或某物，也叫“存在句”。
1.肯定句
There be(is,are)+某人/某物+地点。
房子前有一棵树。
There is a tree in front of the house.
2.否定句
There isn’t/ aren’t+某人/某物+地点。
在教室里没有学生。

Is/are+there+某人/某物+地点。
肯定回答：Yes, there is/are.

4.There be句型中的主谓一致原形
There be 句型的谓语动词be 在人称和数上应以后面的第一个名词保持一
致。
1. 如果后面的名词是可数名词单数或不可数名词，谓语动词用“is”.
There is some salad on the table .
2. 如果后面的名词是可数名词复数，be 动词用“are”.
There are some students in the classroom.
3. 如果有两个或两个以上的名词作主语，be 动词要和最靠近它的那个主
语在数上保持一致，也就是常说的“就近原则”。
There is an orange and some bananas on the table.
There are some bananas and an orange on the table.
1. next to 接近, 邻近(近义词near) 例如：
It is next to/near the hotel.
它邻近宾馆。
He is standing near/next to his father.

链接: next to 的同义词是beside, 意为“在(某人或某物)
旁边”。
near 也有表示在某物的附近, 意为“靠近, 接近”。如：

意思是“近的, 不远的”, 其反义词是far, 意为“远的，
遥远的”。例如：
