Section A 1a-1c
(教学设计)
1、学情分析
首先,八年级的学生已经有一定的英语基础,所以我在教学内容上进行了适当的拓展,丰富教学内容。其次,随着教学内容的增加,八年级的学生已经开始产生了两极分化的现象,那么在教学内容的设计上要从基础开始,让大部分同学都能跟得上。第三,部分八年级学生开始对英语学习失去兴趣和动力,所以在教学环节的设计上尽量贴近学生的生活,创建比较真实的语言环境。第四,在学习本单元之前,学生应已经学习了be going to 和will的用法。
2、教学目标
本课时结束后,学生们能够在如下方面有所收获:
1. 语言能力:
(1)学生能运用本节课所学句型(I think I'll...)谈论自己的想法,并能运用(if条件句)针对不同的事情可能会产生的某种结果进行合理的预测。
(2)A类学生除了使用if条件句谈论本节课教学内容外,还能在其他情境中自如使用if条件句。
2. 文化意识:
了解国外学生在参加party时对着装的要求,同时和国内的着装进行比较,了解中西方文化之间的差异。
3. 思维品质:
培养学生自主决策的能力,树立计划意识,在今后的生活中能更好地分析问题和解决问题。
4. 学习能力:
引导学生逐步了解自己的学习风格,提升英语学习效率。提供更多关于if条件句的句子,拓宽学生的思维能力。

3、教学重点、难点
教学重点:
1. 词汇:jeans,be sorry, have a great time
2. 条件状语从句:If..., ...will...
教学难点:
1. 条件状语从句中,学生能否根据所假设的情况合理地说出该情况即将产生的相关结果。
2. 学生能否在教师创设的情境中自如运用If条件状语从句来表达。
4、教学过程:
Step1. Lead-in
T: Good morning, boys and girls. Nice to meet you. (拿出一张邀请卡)What’s this? It’s an invitation to a birthday party. Let’s see it. (出示邀请函里的内容如时间地点...)Do you want to know whose birthday party is it? Let’s watch a video.(播放一段易烊千玺的生日派对的视频)Whose birthday party is it?
Ss: It’s Yi Yangqianxi’s birthday party.
(设计意图:通过一张参加易烊千玺生日派对的邀请卡,引入本节课内容。用学生喜欢的明星导入课堂,激发学生的兴趣。)
T: Yes. And his English name is Jackson. I will go to the party and I will do some preparation for the party. So I want to ask you some questions. Will you help me? “If you go to the party, what will you wear? How will you go? Who will you go with?
T: Please write your answers on your papers and then discuss in groups of four.(给出学生独立思考的时间,老师巡视,必要时给与适当的提示与帮助。)
T: Times up! Boys and girls, if you go to the party, what will you wear?
S1: If I go to the party, I will wear ...
S2: If I go to the party, I will wear...
S3: ...
(老师根据学生的回答一一板书在黑板上,为接下来的输出做好词汇准备。)
T: OK. You are so great.Then how will you go?(老师以同样的方式询问how/who...) What else will I prepare? (让学生积极思考,尽可能多想出与派对相关的内容。)

Step2. Presentation
T: Thank you for your help. Can I wear this skirt to the party?
(老师在PPT上出现裙子的图片,学生会大笑说:No, you can’t.) So you can say, “If you do, people will laugh.”(老师边说边板书 If you do, ...will... ) The how about the jeans?(学生会说yes/no)In china, we can wear jeans to a party, but in some western countries you can’t wear jeans. If you wear jeans to a party, people won’t let you in. Do you know why? Let’s see.(在PPT上出示西方国家关于穿牛仔裤去参加排队的背景知识,体现中西文化差异。)
(继续出现自己骑单车的图片) And I will ride a bike to the party. What do you think?
Ss: It’s not a good idea.(引导学生说 If you do, you’ll be late.)
T: Then I will take a bus to the party. And I will go with my best friends. Is it a good idea?
Ss: 引导学生说 If you do, you’ll have a great time.
T: Thank you for your help.
(设计意图:通过师生对话的方式,在轻松点氛围中引导学生使用目标语言。)

Step 3. Pair work
T: I think it’s a long way to the party. Maybe we can play a game on the way. Do you want to play it now? Let’s play. (Rules: Complete the sentences.)
1. If I wear... to the party, I will______________.
2. If I take ... to the party, __________________.
3. If I go to the party with..., ________________.

Let’s make the game a little difficult.
1. If it is sunny this weekend, ______________.
2. If I don't do my homework, ______________.
3. If I have a lot of money, _________________.

(设计意图:通过游戏,让学生先掌握课本中的目标语言,同时还能创造出课本外的语言。进而丰富整个教学内容。)
Step 4. Listening
T: Do you like this game? My students like this game. And I invited them to the party. Now let’s watch what they are talking. (观看视频)
Now this time let’s listen and then check the right answers.
The first video :
Girl 1: “I think I’ll wear ___________ to the party.”(jeans/a school uniform)
Girl 2: “If you do, you won’t __________.”(look fashionable/look beautiful)
The second video:
Boy 1: “I think I’ll take the ________ to the party.” (bus/taxi)
Boy 2: “If you do, you’ll be _________.”(early/late)
The third video:
Boy: “I think I’ll go with ________.”(Mary/Anna)
Girl: “If you do, you’ll have a ______ time.”(have a great time/be happy)
T: I also invited my best friends to the party on Wechat. Let’s listen what they said. Will my friends go to the party?

(设计意图: 通过视听,比较直观地向学生展现出真实的场景,巩固本节课目标语言。把微信语音带入课堂,丰富课堂听力形式。)
Step 5. Group work
T: I’m so sorry that my friends can’t go with me. Luckily, I have got some invitation cards. I can invite you to the party. (分发邀请函) Will you go to the party?
(通过询问的方式换动学生的位置重新分组,把学生分成去参加派对A组和不去参加派对B组。)
1)Group A派几名组长分别就衣服、交通方式和陪同人员等问题采访三位同学,并展示对话。
2)Group B派几名组长分别采访三位同学:If you don’t go to the party, what will you do?并展示对话。

T: Now I’m so happy that many students will go to the party with me. I think if we go to the party, we will have a great time! After class, let’s discuss when and where shall we meet. And don’t forget to take this invitation. See you!
