UNIT 3 My friends第二课时教学设计
教学目标：
1. 能听懂会说本课对话：I have a new friend. What’s his name ? His name is Zhang peng.He’s tall and strong。
2. 牢记新词组和单词：tall and strong，short and thin，friendly，quiet
教学重难点：
1、能在活动中互助合作、体验合作愉快的精神，发展合作精神，培养学生的创造力与想象力。
2、能运用所学的语言知识在创设的情境中进行熟练的交际。
3、引导学生积极与他人合作，共同完成学习任务，并在成功中体会英语学习中的乐趣。
教学过程：
一、Warming up（热身活动）
1．Greetings. 教师面带微笑，走下讲台与学生握手问候。What’s your name? My name is ?What’s his name? His name is ?
2．播放歌曲“friends”
二、 Presentation
1、 拿出Sarah的照片，介绍This is Sarah. She’s my friend. 强调女孩的时候要用she’s?继续介绍She’s friendly and cute. (Teach the new words.)
Chant: friendly friends , friendly friends, friends are friendly.
2、T :Ask one student: Do you have a friend? Who is he/she？学生跟读。
3、Ask and answer: (have a train)
S1: Do you have a friend?
S2: Who is she/he？
S3：His/Her name is...
(以开火车的形式既巩固练习了句型。)
4、教学单词short, tall, thin, strong。Xk b1 .C om
出示有一高一矮的人物图片：
---He?s tall. What?s he like?
--- He?s short.
出示有一胖一瘦的人物图片，
---He?s thin and He?s short .
教学单词friendly 和quite，结合表情和图片帮助学生理解意义。He is friendly./quite. (1)让学生想想Who is friendly./quite? … is friendly./quite.．学生学习单词friendly./quite。
(2)观察和理解单词friendly./quite，结合句型进行操练，并能表达出friendly./quite的表情，最后结合句型Who is friendly./quite? … is friendly./quite进行巩固。
6、Listen to the tape and answer the questions.
通过听课文，要求学生完成一定的任务，I have a good friend.He's tall and strong.Who is he？His name is...
7、猜一猜：
eg: S1:I have a friend.She?s/He?s …(short, tall, thin, strong….)
S2: Who is she/he？
S3：His/Her name is...
8、 Let’s chant。跟着录音学唱歌曲，并掌握歌词的意思。
三、作业：
让学生听录音，熟读A部分Let’s talk的内容和Let’s learn的内容。理解Let’s chant的内容，边读边做出相应的动作。
