Greet to each other.Then teacher expresses happiness for seeing the students,and leads students to listen a happy song together.
StepⅡ Presentation
Lead in and review
1) I will tell students a good news that I receivesd a letter from my frined Cindy,and Cindy wants to invite them to her home.This time lead in the title.
2) Show the picture of Cindy′s bedroom on the screen,and review the key words:water bottle、photo、plant and clock.
Let′s check
Play a game — challenge your memory,and check whether students have mastered the words or not.At this time devide class into two groups,and which group does well can get stars.
After checking the words,let′s do the listening practice.I will play the tape for two times.The first time students just listen.Then play again ,and check their answers.If it′s necessary,we can listen three times.(This part students also have the chance to get stars.)
Wrap it up
1)Distinguish “There is…”and “There are…”.Then ask students to math “There is…”and “There are…”with the pictures on the blackboard.
2)Review the preposition,and teach students how to use.
3)Match the words with the pictures and then write down the sentences.Teach students how to do,and next give them several times to complete their own sentences.
4）Check their sentences in the competition.（get stars）
Step VI Summary and Homework
1、See the records of stars together and give them encouragement by clapping hands.
2、Learning English is so funny and I hope you can get happiness from English.
3、The homework: 1、Listen to the tape and repeat.
2、Make more sentences use “There is…”and “There are…”
