教学重点: 1.学习询问中国十二生肖及其轮回频率,以及询问他人做某事的频率和简单应答。 2.学习理解对话。 教学难点: 运用询问他人做某事的频率及其简单应答。 表述十二生肖的顺序。

I Listen and say Lead-in: 开展口语练习,以问答的方式复习出生时间的表达方法。如, When were you born? I was born on January 29th. When was your father born? He was born in 1968. Were you born in the Year of the Horse? … Guess: Which birth-year animal is Yangyang? 2.Learn the dialogue (1)认识图中人物。 教师引导学生观察主题图,问: Who are they? What festival is it? How do you know? What are they talking about? Try to guess. 引导学生观察,了解对话发生的事件和背景等。学生在教师的引导下尝试回答。听对话录音,寻找答案。 (2)初听理解对话。 播放对话录音两遍,思考: What are they talking about? They are talking about twelve animals. 播放录音,思考,“How did we Chinese name the years? What are the twelve animals?” 利用图片理解词汇并贴在黑板上。 再次播放录音,问: What’s the order of the twelve animals? How often does each animal come around?” 理解“how often, every twelve years”, 将12生肖图片按照顺序排列。 再次呈现录音问: What’s Yangyang’s birth-year animal? 学习四会词tiger, rat, rabbit, twelve, animal, 理解order的两种含义。 理解单词和短语。 Chinese calendar, entered, 呈现进入房间的动作,TPR的方法操练单词。 (3) Listen and repeat. (4) Role play in groups. (5) Group show. II Listen, look and learn 1.Free talk: Talk about the pictures. 2.Listen and understand the phrases. 3.Summary the phrases: every week, very weekend, every three days, every two years, … once a week, twice a week, three times a week, … 4.Pair work: III Listen and match 1.Look and say a phrase about each picture. 2.Listen twice and match. 3.Exchange book with your partner and check the answer. I Listen and say 1.Lead-in (1)以问答的方式复习有关生肖的表达。如,What are the twelve birth-year animals? (2)Try to say: Why is the rat the first of the twelve birth-year animals? 2.Learn the dialogue (1)认识图中人物 Ask:Who are they? What are they talking about? 引导学生观察,了解对话发生的背景等。 听录音寻找答案,学生尝试回答。 (2)初听理解对话 播放录音两遍,了解大意。 What are Sara and Yangyang talking about? They are talking about the order of the twelve animals. 继续听录音,教师提出问题: Who decided the order of the birth-year animals? How did he decide to name the twelve years? 学习the Jade Emperor, 利用图片理解词义。 学习单词decide, choose 再次阅读对话,回答问题,全班交流。 学习单词start,理解单词cycle, 呈现12生肖的循环图,理解“a cycle”。 理解单词exactly, 采用查字典的方式学习。理解短语name after (3)Listen and repeat: (4)Read in roles (5)Group show. II Listen, look and learn 1.Show the pictures and listen to the phrases twice. 2.Listen and repeat. 3.Ask and answer in pairs. Have the children ask and answer in pairs with the above words or they can use other phrases to practice. 4.Have the children make a new dialogue in pairs. III Listen and match 1.Have the children observe the pictures and talk about each picture with their partner. 2.Play the tape twice and have them match the pictures 3.Have them listen again and check the answer in class. 4.Try to say something about the pictures. What are they talking about? How do you know that? 学习单词stamp,并了解对话发生的背景等。 (2)初听理解对话 播放对话录音两遍,了解对话大意。 They are talking about the birth-year animal’s stamps and their birth-year animals. 继续提问: What gift does Mike give Lingling? Why does Mike give the gift to her? Who collects birth-year animal stamps? When Mike’s grandma born?
