Ask their group mates the questions and fill in the chart. 4. Try to make a report about their partners. Step 2. Lower learning plan. New words in Section B. Listening. Step 3. Independent research. Students work in groups, read the new words and recite the spelling. Listen to the tape and complete 1b,1c, and 1d. Step 4. Results show. To translate the diary entries, to find out the difficult points. Step 4. Say something about your summer vacation in groups, containing: Where did you go? What did you do? How were the people and the food there? Etc. Self check. Step 3. Independent research. 1.To complete the diary entry about a trip to one of the places in 3a. 2.To tell your partner about your summer vacation. 3.Do exercises in 3a, 3b and Self check Step 4. Results show. 1. Show some pictures of your daily activities. Tell Ss your good activities and bad activities. 2. Let some Ss tell about how often they do some activities and judge they are good habits and bad habits. Step 5. Application sharing. To check answers in 3a, then read and recite the diary entry. To answer questions in 3b. Then put all the answers together to write a simple diary entry. Check the answers to the exercises in Self check. Step 6. Reflection on sublimation. 1. Tell Ss that they should read the conversation and then fill in the blanks with the right forms. 2. Ss read the conversations and try to fill in the blanks. 3. Check the answers: usually, How often, Hardly, How often, once a; never 4. Let Ss practice the conversation with their partner. Step 7. Homework. 1. Review Section B. 2. Write a short passage your father or mother’s good habits or bad habits.
