Unit 4 Hobbies
单元教学建议:
1 、本单元话题是兴趣爱好,这一话题是自我介绍的重要部分,也和学生的生活密切相关。教学时可以结合学生用书四年级上册Unit4的话题,设计导入活动;也可以结合学生喜爱的颜色、科目、动物、季节、食物、玩具等词汇,设计综合活动,操练动词like.
2、词汇教学方面,教学时可利用四年级第四课体育运动类的词汇做铺垫,采用TPR的形式教授目标词汇。
3、教师可以请学生运用句型 I like... 分享自己的兴趣爱好,或运用句型He/she likes...介绍他人的爱好,这是本单元最重点的句型。
教学目标:
能听懂、会说、会读单词 hobby, with, also, play the piano, watch films, both, group, about, idea, ice, hole, wet.
能听懂、会说、会读、会写单词 be good at, read, story, a lot of, dance, sing.
能听懂、会说、会读、会写句型I/We like doing... She/He likes doing... Look out!
能听懂、会说、读准字母y在单词中的音。
5. 能唱歌曲《We all like climbing》
教学重点:
句型:I/We like doing. He/She likes doing.
词汇:be good at, read, story, a lot of, dance, sing.
语音:字母y在单词中的读音。
教学难点:
句型:I/We like doing. He/She likes doing.
词汇:be good at, read, story, a lot of, dance, sing等词的读音和拼写
语音:字母y在单词中的读音。

1)复习句型I/We like doing... She/He likes doing... Look out!并能在情境中进行运用。
2)能灵活运用What do/does…like dong?及其答语。

4)能否运用所学进行交流与分享,运用本单元所学的句型 I like... 分享自己的兴趣爱好,或运用句型He/she likes... **and** both like... They like...介绍他人的爱好。

教学过程:
Step1. Free talk
1.Greeting
2.Show the girl: Yoyo
T: Her name is Yoyo. She likes singing. What else does she like doing? Guess!
S: Does she like …?
T: She likes playing games, reading and writing.
Step 2. Presentation and review
Playing games
1. Review the story time.
2.Talk about hobbies
Review the words
T: I know you know these hobbies very well.
Look at the pictures and say the words as quick as you can
T:Can you spell these words?
(闪现书上的六个重点的爱好的单词,特别是学生易记错的或难记住的draw, play the piano, watch film)
Play another game:

2)If you can say 7-10 hobbies and know "ing " very well. --- two stars

(2)Ss:Listen and judge whether they like doing that.

Sound time
T: This present is for a girl.
1. What does the girl have?
T:(教师出示图片)Look at the picture. What can you see? S: I can see a girl.
T: What color is her hat? S: It’s yellow.
T: What color is her dress? S: It’s yellow.
T: What color are her shoes? S: They’re yellow.
T:What does she have? S: She has yellow shoes, a yellow hat, and a yellow dress.
2. Show the rhyme.
T: Let’s ask the girl together.
出示Do you like wearing yellow? Yellow? Yellow? Yes! (学生齐读)
声音播放小女孩的回答。

3. Find out the rule.
Read and find the same thing among the underline words.

6. Do exercise:

2)选完后还剩下下列四个词:

Tips: 字母y是一个半元音字母,它作为辅音字母发音时就是我们今天所学/j/,
作为元音字母发音则同字母i发音规则一样,发/ai/或/i/。
7. Ticking time 3---I know the sound of the letter”y”
T: Do you know the sound of the letter”y”now?
1) I can read the sound of letter "y". ---one star
2) I can read and say the rhyme very well. ---two stars
3) I can read more words with "y". ---three stars
Step 4. consolidation
1. T: Now finish these three aims. How many stars can you get?
S:I can get stars,
T: I think most of you get nine stars. Congratulations!
2. Think about:
T: Do you remember what does Yoyo like ding?
S: She likes wearing yellow.
学生回答同时,教师说yes并板书I likes wearing yellow.
T: Yoyo has another hobby, let’s her together.
S: What do you like doing?
(听录音或教师代替回答,接着教师板书I like singing too.
T: She has four friends, let’s ask her
学生一一问Yoyo的朋友的爱好What does he/she like doing? What do they like doing?
听录音或教师代替回答,接着板书.
T: (指板书)Now we know about Yoyo and her friends’ hobbies.

3. Think and write (Checkout time 3)
1) T: Can you use the sentences to write about your and your friends’ hobbies?
小组交流
2) Write on page 45
3) 展示或交流一两组。

4. 熟练说一说加ing的三种方式,并用你所知道的动词试说一说,写一写动词的ing形式。
