六上Unit5 Signs(Story time)教案
一、教学目标:
学习生词mean、litter、smoke、smell、shopping centre、restaurant,了解本课的词组:be careful、take…into
能初步运用重点句型 “What does it mean?及回答It means …?”针对标识这一主题小组内进行交流沟通。
通过自主学习任务单能正确理解课文内容,理清文脉框架,进行角色朗读、复述和表演。
通过本课学习,让学生了解不同公共标识的含义,帮助学生树立公共文明意识。
二、教学重难点:
重点句型的正确运用及理解。
通过自助学习和教师的帮助能正确理解、朗读、复述课文内容,理清课文结构。
三、教学准备:
图片,单词卡,ppt
四、教学过程:
Step1 Free talk(自学反馈)
What signs do you know?(要求学生拿出准备好的标志图片)
Show the topic: Signs.(揭题)
2. Where can you see the signs?
S:On the road, in the supermarket, at school, in the library…
T:(根据学生的回答找合适时间点出示)We can see the signs at the shopping centre.(教学新单词并板书)
Step2 Presentation(呈现自助学习任务)
Watch and answer the question.
T:Mike, Helen and Tim are at a shopping centre, they see some signs there, let’s go and join them.
Watch cartoons and answer the question: How many signs do they see?
2. Teach ‘Wet floor.’ (师助引导)
(运用板书)T: Can you see the sign? Let’s watch carefully.
(运用PPT) Teach:Wet floor. What does it mean? It means… Be careful !
4. Listen and find.
What places do they go at a shopping centre?
(板书出示三个地点,教学restaurant)
5. Learn passage2
T: What shop do they go first? Ss: Juice shop.

(老师示范后,学生进行小组活动,每组下发的任务单中有三个公共标志,小组活动操练句型:What does it mean? It means you can’t…)
6. Learn passage3&4 (互助探究)
(精读课文第三、四段,同桌或小组完成三个课堂自助学习任务。)
Task 1 Circle the new words and phrase , try to understand by themselves.

Task 3: Fill in the form. (写下标识的含义、地点和它们的含义,完成后小组运用句型总结。)
Step3 Practice
1. Read the dialogue after the tape.(注意升降调、连读、重读)
2. Act out the dialogue.
3. Try to retell the dialogue. (出示关键句,运用板书进行复述)
Step4 Consolidation & Summary (拓展提升)
1. Make a sign album. (将课前准备的标志图片做成标志相册,要求学生写上名称,标志出现的地点以及它的含义。)
