Step 1. Let’s enjoy
一边看动画“Happy New Year”，一边带领学生跟唱歌曲。
Ask and answer:
Happy New Year! The same to you!
A card for you! Thank you!
Step 2.
1. Let the students look at the picture on Student’s Book. Ask them to listen to the tape.
2.让学生跟读课文和单词
3.分别展示gift, card, firecracker, firework的图片并讲解
Step 3.
1. Show pictures of Kitty’s family.
Make a short dialogue:????

? A: What’s this?? B: It’s a card. A card for you,?

?Ask students look at flashcards and read new words.
2. Retell how to make a New Year's card.
