一、教学目标
1、知识目标:
(1)学生能听懂、会说、认读并书写单词street?。????
(2)学生能听懂、会说句子Where is the zoo?Go straight and turn left /right。
(3)熟读chant。
2、能力目标:在日常生活中注意观察,并能用简单的英语对话问路指路。
3、情感目标:培养学生在日常生活中乐于助人的情感态度

1.理解并运用本课所学句型。
2.street?和straight发音的不同

多媒体课件、词汇卡片,场所图片,教学光盘等。
四、教学过程
Step 1
1、 师生问候
T: Hello,Boys and girls. I’m your new English teacher. You can call me Miss Bian. Nice to meet you.
Ss: Nice to meet you, too.
T: What day is today?
Ss: Today is …
T: Are you happy?
Ss: Yes.
Step 2 新课
1.教学city
T: I have a picture, do you want to see? Look, what’s this?
(课件出示city图片)
Ss: It’s a city.
T: What do you see in the city?
Ss: Cars, buses, people, trees, high buildings.
T: It’s easy to be lost in the city. If we are lost, what do we do?

2.教学street
(课件出示street图片)
T: I still have a picture. Look, what’s it?
Ss: It’s a... (街道)
T: What do you find inside the word?
S1: “tree”.
T: How do you remember the word?
T:我们可采用s+tree+t的方法来记住这个单词。
T: How to read the word?
(指名试读)
播放正确读音,学生听录音。
T: “tr”是一个小组合,发“tr”音。但“s”在前,要变音成“dr”。
“ee”也是一个小组合,发“i:”。例如:我们学过的“meet”、“tree”等。 Can you read these words.(课件出示“ee”字母组合单词)
3.教学“go straight、turn left、turn right”
(教师布置各个场所,创设情景,)
T: Now our classroom is a city. This is a street. That is a street, too. We have many places. The school, the zoo, the library…
T: Excuse me. I’m lost. Where is the zoo? (教师解释:lost)
S1: I can show you.
T: Is it far from here?
S1: It’s near.
T: please!
S1: Here it is.
T: Thanks.
师:刚才同学是带着我去的,如果你很忙,就不用带我去了,只要告诉我怎样走就好,怎样指路呢?(学生指路,先直走,再左转,再右转)
下面我们认识三个方向路标。
(1)(出示go straight课件图片)
教师边领读,边动作向前直行。学生跟读。
教师指导区别“straight”“street”的读音。
(2)(出示turn left课件图片)
教师边领读,边动作向左转弯。学生跟读。
(3)(出示turn right课件图片)
教师边领读,边动作向右转弯。学生跟读。
(4)教师随机抽卡片,学生看卡片读词汇。
(5)play games: “What’s missing?” “I say you do, I do you say.”
(6 ) 学生用“go straight、turn left、turn right”回答问题:
Where is the zoo/school/library? (指名表演)
4.教学part1
(1)播放part1录音,学生看书跟读。
课件出示问题:
Who is lost?
Where does he want to go?
How can he get there?
学生带问题自己看书
听录音。
学生讨论,指名回答。
( 2)教师讲解礼貌用语:(课件显示)
需要别人帮忙时说:Excuse me, Can you help me?
别人帮助了自己说:Thanks .
You’re welcome.
(3)小组内分角色读课文。
(4)角色扮演。
5.教学part2
(课件出示教材图片)
师:在平面图上我们会指路吗?
学生看图片同桌对话练习。
指名讲台上对话表演。
Danny 换路口出发去学校,学生对话表演。
6.教学part3,Let’s chant.
(1)学生独立阅读。
(2)播放歌谣,学生看书听歌谣。
(3)教师范唱歌谣,学生跟唱歌谣,理解歌谣意思。
(4)再播放歌谣,学生跟唱歌谣。
Step 3 创编小对话。
同桌之间结合教室内布置的场所自主创编对话。
Step 4 结束课堂
T: Where is the door?
Ss: “go straight and turn left/turn right”
T: Is it far from here?
Ss: No, it’s near.
T: Please go out to play.
