教学目标：
1、知识目标：
（1）学生能听懂、会说、认读和书写下列词汇：street
（2）学生能听懂、会说下列句子：
Where is the zoo?
Go straight / turn left / turn right
(3)能用本课句型问路。
2、能力目标：
（1）在日常生活中注意观察，并用简单的英语对话问路。
（2）努力实现英语的口语化，培养学生口语交际的能力。
3、情感目标：
(1)找机会练习学生的听力技巧。
(2)培养学生助人为乐的情感。
学习者分析：
四年级学生是学习英语的第二年，有了一定的基础，能进行简单的听读训练。小学生活泼好动，课堂注意力低下，因此本课采用多媒体、图片和黑板相结合的方式直观教学，加以游戏、听说练习，努力实现高效课堂。
教学重点：
掌握本课时词汇、句子。
教学难点：
(1)听懂指令并做动作：go straight/ turn left/ turn right.
(2)培养学生口语交际的能力。
教学过程：
一、Greeting：
Teacher：Class begins.
Student：Stand up, please!
Teacher：Sit down, please!
Good morning，boys and girls.
Student: Good morning, teacher.
Teacher：Today，I’m your new teacher. My name is ChengQin. I ’m very happy. Because we are good friends. How are you today?
Student：I ’m fine, thanks.
Teacher：What day is it today？
Student：It’s Wednesday.
Teacher：Let’s play a game。
复习left和right，为教学做准备
