本课是一节故事课，故事始终贯穿着Maddy的一家人，本课主要围绕Maddy一家人喜欢干什么来介绍的，既培养了学生的阅读水平，又对本单元的人物及重点句式进行了复习。

1.Greeting to the students “Hello! Nice to meet you! ”

2.Today I invite a special girl . She is ninety-nine years old . But she is young. She is five metres tall. “Who is she ?”
3.She lives in a big big house with a big big family. Ask“How many people are there in Maddy’s family ?” Let the students guess.
Ask the students to
read the whole story quickly and answer the questions
