教学目标:
知识目标
学习新单词: Bring give, open, toys。
疏通语篇,增强阅读理解和分析问题的能力。
情感目标
增强学生互相帮助,互相合作的能力。
通过对本课的学习,增强学生对中西方节日的热爱,以及热爱生活的目的。
技能目标
学生能正确和流利的描述圣诞节早晨发生的事,并能用自己的语言描述过圣诞节早晨的过程!
教学重点
识记并应用bring, give, open, toy。
区分三个动词 bring, give, open; 综合运用所学句型进行交流。
教学难点:
综合运用所学句型进行口语交际!
教具准备:
教学挂图,教学课件,若干礼物图片和实物,一个玩具箱,录音机,单词卡片等。
教学课时:1课时。
教学活动和手段:
在课程初始阶段,运用问候和歌曲热,加强沟通,增进感情,营造学习氛围。通过猜礼物游戏,活跃课堂气氛,并为学习语篇,设置悬念,激发学生学习兴趣。在进入文本学习阶段,学生自行发现问题并解决问题,增强学生分析问题和解决问题的能力!再疏通理解障碍后,播放幻灯片,通过问题设置与解答,增强对文本的理解;通过分角色朗读和角色扮演,增强了语言的输出功能,最后,通过写出圣诞节早晨自己的爸爸妈妈的所作所为,并用口语表达出来,使文本得到了升华,同时锻炼了学生口语表达能力和实际应用语言的能力!
教学过程:
Step1: Warm up 时间安排5分钟
1, Greetings
T: Good morning! Boys and girls!
Ss: Good morning! Miss Liu, nice to meet you !
T:Nice to meet you! How is the weather today?
Ss: It’s sunny!
T: What is the date today?
Ss: It’s December twenty-fifth.
T: Oh, today is Christmas, Merry Christmas!
Ss: Merry Christmas!
2, We are happy and excited. Let’ sing a song <> with the tape.
设计意图:师生问候,减少课堂紧张气氛;通过师生交流,增进师生感情,练习口语表达。歌曲复习所学旧知,活跃课堂气氛,营造良好的英语学习氛围!
Step2: Leading in: 时间安排3分钟
Today is Christmas! Miss Liu brings many gifts for you .Do you want to know what is the gift ?
教师边说边拿出已经备好的玩具箱,并让学生猜测里面是什么玩具? What is it in the box?
T: What is the gift?
S1: Christmas tree!
S2: Christmas lights!
S3: Christmas cards!
S4: Teddy Bear……
当学生猜出礼物,如果是与实物相符的卡片就粘贴在黑板上,如果是实物,便放在讲台上!
Today is Christmas! Santa also brings gifts to Lynn and Li Ming. Do you want to know what gift does Santa bring? Let’s learn Lesson30 It’s Christmas Morning 并板书。
设计意图:玩具箱里面有许多玩具,容易激发学生的好奇心,激发学生学习的欲望。学生在猜测礼物的同时,复习了旧知,并为圣诞节增加了神秘色彩和节日气氛,并为引出课文内容做了铺垫!
Step3: Presentation 时间安排:26分钟
1: Ask the Ss to read the text by themselves quietly. Underline the difficult words and phrases. Then solve the problems.
S1: What are the toys?
S2: Toys are the models of car、train. For example: The toy car is a Christmas gift.学生从讲台上拿出教师准备好的玩具车向同学们展示,同学们恍然大悟!
T: The toys like these. Do you like this teddy bear? 板书 toy.
S3: What is the meaning of bring?
S4: Our teacher brings many gifts for us!
T: Yes, I bring many gifts for you .bring means take something from one place to anther place. 板书bring
S5:What is the meaning of give? Does it have the same meaning of bring?
S6: No, they are different. I bring a toy car and give it to you. (边说边做给的动作)
T: Yes, give means 给,for example :I give you a book! I give you a pencil! 板书give
S7: How about open?
S8: Do the action: Open the door ! Open the window!
T: Yes, please open your book! 同学们都打开了书!板书open
设计意图:通过这一环节,让学生自己发现问题,解决问题,锻炼了学生解决问题的能力,增强了学生的自信心和成就感!同时营造了宽松的学习气氛!
2,教师播放幻灯片,让学生明确听音目标。听完后讨论下面问题:
a: Who brought the gift ?
b: What is the Li Ming’s gift?
c: What gift did Li Ming give Jenny’s family?
教师板书以上问题,并请各小组派出一名学生来回答问题。检查答案是否正确。并根据课文内容完成下列练习:练习题也通过幻灯片呈现出来。

B: Santa brings Lynn toys. ( )
C: Jenny doesn’t get the gift. ( )
设计意图:通过视听讨论并回答问题加深对课文的理解,通过判断正误完成对课文的进一步理解,以上问题的设置培养了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。
3,Ask the students to listen to the tape and follow the tape, imitate the tune, then they read the text loudly!
设计意图:通过跟读模仿语音语调,培养学生的语感!通过大声朗读,增强学生对课文的更深层次的理解,有利于提高学生的口头表达能力!
4,Ask the students to read the text in different roles ,and then make a performance, act out the story. Christmas Morning!
设计意图:角色扮演丰富了课堂内容,活跃了课堂气氛,让学生增强了语言的实际运用和表达能力,语言从输入到输出的过程,增强了学生的口语表达能力。
Step4: Strengthen the learning effect 时间安排5分钟
Every class, you did a good job! Today is Christmas, our father and mother gave us a gift, what are you going to do? Talk about it in your team and write it down, then tell us, ok?
Team1: In the morning, I want to write a letter to say: father and mother, I love you!
Team2: I want to write a postcard to my father and mother and to say I love them!
Team3: We want to make a Christmas cake and bring it for my parents!

设计意图:通过学生畅所欲言,激发学生的学习兴趣,发挥了他们的想象力,也表达了孩子们对父母的热爱,使爱的主题发扬光大!通过口语表达,增强了学生对所学的知识用语言进行交际的实际能力!也锻炼了学生的听说读写综合运用能力!
Step5:Class closing 幻灯片呈现 时间安排1分钟
Design the homework:
Ask the students to make a gift for their parents.
Make up a dialogue about “ Christmas Morning”.
设计意图:用礼物来表达我们对父母的热爱,并把课上所学内容延伸到课下,强化学习内容,巩固学习效果!
教学反思:
本节课是一节语篇阅读课,虽然课文较长,但是很贴近生活,有利于培养小学生在真实生活中运用英语的能力。因此,我设置了问答题,判断正误,小组讨论,分角色朗读等活动内容来完成教学目标,在分析语篇时,让学生按照找问题——讨论问题——解答问题——升华问题的步骤由浅入深,层层深入的方式来学习文本!只是在第三步和第四步,对于英语基础较好的学生才能完成,基础稍差的学生,口头表达和组织语言的能力不是很好,不能对其要求过高,只要积极参与了活动,教师就应该给予积极鼓励!
