Period 4 Presenting ideas教学设计
本课时是写作课,写作内容为应用文之日记体裁。应用文类写作的书信体和演讲在目前的高考中占比较大,而日记和通知类则相对占比较小,但由于在日常生活中还是有很广泛的应用,因此还是要引起教师重视。由于这是第一课的写作,教师除了教给学生日记体的写作格式,人称等知识外,还要注重对学生写作习惯的培养,如大小写问题,分段问题等。
语言能力目标
本课时对于学生语言能力的要求主要在于:
了解日记体写作的时态,人称,格式等基本知识;
能够将本课时学到的关于日记体的知识运用到实际的日记写作中。
思维品质目标
通过观察、阅读、模仿范文,写出自己的专属日记。
学习能力目标
注意知识的迁移运用,比如将前面学的基本句子结构应用到自己的实际写作当中。
4. 文化意识目标
(1)获得相关文化知识,正确处理校园人际关系,树立积极生活、学习的价值观。
(2)培养自尊、自强、自立的良好品格,具备一定的跨文化交际能力。
重点
了解日记体写作的时态,人称,格式等基本知识;
进行实际日记写作,描述自己的开学一周。
2. 难点
(1) 阅读范文,从中提炼出写作要点;
(2) 写作规范化。
Step 1 Preview
日记是以记叙一天(或一段时间)生活中所见、所闻、所做或所思为内容的一种文体。写英语日记一般要注意以下几点:
规范的格式:英语日记通常由书端和正文两部分组成。书端用于记载写日记的日期、星期和天气情况,它位于正文上面第一行,顶格写起。
正确的人称:日记是对生活的记录,是把自己生活中有意义的事情记录下来形成的书面材料,因此多用第一人称。
正确的时态:日记一般是对当天发生的事情的记叙,因此多用过去时态。

Step 3. Complete the notes

Tips:
Ask students to use some adjectives to describe the first week.
The first paragraph should be center of other paragraphs, i.e., the other paragraphs should be developed surrounding the first paragraph.
An impressive class:
In Chinese/Math/English/History...class...(What happened in the class?)
After-school activities:
After class on Monday/Tuesday..., I went to basketball/art...club...(What happened then?)
How I made a new friend?
I met...(Who)in/at...(where)on...(when). (What happened between us?)
Step 4. Writing
Write a journal entry about your first-week experiences at senior high. Use your notes in Activity 6 and the expressions in the box to help you.
