Teaching procedures:
Step1. Greeting and lead-in
Greeting
T: Good morning, class.
Ss: Good morning.
Lead- in with music
1). T: Firstly, Let’s enjoy a music. Pay attention to the blanks.

T: Did you find the answers? We can listen again.
T: Ok, let’s check. ( Check the answers with Ss, if Ss do not get the answers, guess the answers together.)
T: So today we are going to learn the Attributive Clause and writing.

Step3. Practice
T: Look at this picture, who is he?
Ss: Harry Potter.
T: We can say he is a boy. He is wearing glasses.
How to say it with Attributive Clause.
Ss: Harry Potter is a boy who/that is wearing glasses.
1. 他有一个梦想。这个梦想终会实现。
He has a dream.
This dream will come true.
He has a dream which/ that will come true.
2. I still keep the first card.
My friend sent me the card on my birthday.
I still keep the first card which/ that my friend sent me on my birthday.
3. The boy is my classmate.
The boy's father is a policeman.
The boy is my classmate, whose father is a policeman.
4. 我想知道那个地方。
我的朋友出生在那里。
I want to know the place.
My friend was born there.
I want to know the place where my friend was born there.
5. 我将永远不会忘记那一天。
我们在那一天很开心。
I will never forget the day.
We were happy on that day.
I will never forget the day when we were happy.

先行词是表时间,地点的名词或者是reason时, 如果不在定语从句中作状语,而是做主语或宾语时,不能用关系词 where , when , why 引导,而要用关系词 that 或which

T: Ok, work with your partners. According to the tips, try to write a short composition.
1). 我的朋友,名叫李华,是个来自高中英语课本的男孩。
2). 2019年9月5号是一个特别的日子,那一天我在英语课本上认识了他。他是一个热心肠的同学。
3). 也许,这是我爱上英语的原因之一。
4). 我想无论将来我身在何处,我会想念这本书,我曾经在这里认识了李华。

My friend, whose name is Li Hua, is a boy who comes from our English book of high school. September 5th, 2019 was a special day when I met him in an English book. He was a warm-hearted student who always helps other students. Perhaps, this is one of the reasons why I love English. I think I will miss this book where I met Li Hua.
