Steps Activities Purposes
Warm up: Greeting T: Good morning. / Good afternoon. Ss: Good morning, Freya. T: how are you? (pick some students to answer: I’m fine, thank you.) Review Flashcards T: do you remember the words we learned last lesson? Use flashcards to review: show picture, Ss say the words;just show the words (Because it’s too easy for Ss, so I ask Ss to choose the right words and put it on the board.) Up and down T: now let’s play an interesting game—up and down. For example, when I say “pencil”, you should say “pencil, pencil, I have a pencil” and down each time. Who wants to try? (According to the student’s situation and this lesson’s main content, I change the game “up and down” to the game “what’s missing?”) What’s missing T: look at this picture carefully, now please close your eyes. (show Ss the next picture) T: Now please open your eyes, tell me what’s missing. Ss: ruler. 1. Review the words: teacher, pencil, book, ruler, schoolbag, crayon, pen, eraser, marker; and the sentence structure: I have a/an… 2. arouse their interest
Presentation: Let’s play Show Ss the new phrases: close/open your eyes. (emphasize the new words: close and open.) Ask Ss to do the same action as teacher says close/open your eyes. Reflection: Lesson 3主要是为了复习本单元的主要词汇以及关键句型:I have…所以这节课我根据书本上的内容改编了几个游戏,让学生参与其中,以及第9页的活动。总体感觉这三个班的情况都挺好的,因为是游戏的形式,所以孩子们也都愿意参与其中,但是有一个问题就是看着孩子们游戏玩得那么投入,就会不忍心暂停,会再让孩子们多玩一会儿,然后时间就会有点不够用了。我以后一定要更好地掌控课堂的时间。
