Aims 基础性目标: 通过参与listen & circle的活动,学生可以再次巩固易混淆数字的发音以及认读; 通过对话的操练,pair work以及guessing game,学生可以熟练使用句式 How many … are there? 以及回答; 通过通过看视频,听歌谣,跟唱歌谣,学生能够乐于唱歌谣 one little two little Indians. 发展性目标: 通过编一编的活动,学生能够将数字倒序过来并创编新的歌谣,发挥他们的想象力。

Steps Activities Purposes
Warm up: Review the chant: ask Ss to sing the chant together. Listen and circle: show Ss the phrases, T says and invite some students to point the right one. 帮助学生复习歌谣,巩固易混淆数字的发音以及认读
Presentation: T shows Ss the picture in lesson 2 and ask Ss to read the dialogue again; then make some words missing and invite some students to fill in the blanks. 再次帮助学生熟悉句式how many …are there?
Learning: T shows the picture of pencils and ask them “Look at this picture, can you ask a question?” Ss: How mamy pencils are there? Then ask one student to answer his/her question. S: Four. (show the books and rulers as the same.) Show Ss the activity in book and give them an example. Then give them 2mins to do a pair work, and ask them to show their dialogue in the front. 帮助学生熟练使用句式 How many … are there? 以及回答
Application: Guessing game: T prepared a schoolbag and put some books, pencils, rulers, pens in it, ask one student to come to the front and ask others “How many pencils/pens/books/rulers are there?” to make them guess. 使学生再次巩固对话内容: How many … are there? Nine.
Extension: Watch a video about “ten little Indians” and ask Ss “what did you see in the video?” Ss: one/two/ boy… T: Yes, you did a good job. So now let’s learn the chant. First, let Ss listen to the radio; then show them the sentences and teach them sentence by sentence, let them read it together. At last, encourage all Ss to sing the chant together. Review & rewards: give Ss 5mins to do the activity on the book. 帮助学生学会自主唱歌谣ten little Indians. 协助学生完成书本上的练习,巩固1-10的英语表达
Summary: Today we reviewed one to ten and the dialogue “How many…are there? Nine.” What’s more, we learn a new chant “ten little Indians”.
