2018年采购部工作计划总结
2018年已经接近过半,在公司领导和各部门同事的相互协助下,本部门的各项工作顺利进行。为了更好的完成下半年的工作,现将上半年工作情况汇报如下:
一、2018年对于整个吉林省地区储粮食行业已接近尾声,面对这种情况我公司招投标是最艰苦的一年,但我部在总经理的领导下改变应对策略已完成上半年的两次招投标并且标10000套,采购方面积极配合生产,按时、保质、保量完成各项工作,在采购原材料的过程严格按照公司领导的要求及比价程序,把握市场价格,处处精打细算,千方百计节约资金,有效的降低了采购成本。
二、进步情况:在总经理的领导下我部经过几年的招投标磨练现已可以独立完成所有招投标工作,采购方面对于业务熟练上可能不及老人经验丰富,但是经过这几年的锻炼,也日渐成熟,由于干劲十足,接受能力强,很快的掌握了采购各方面的业务和知识。

This was a day Kate Smith will never forget.

two towers. “My friend shouted that a plane
just hit the World Trade Center! I didn’t believe
him at first, but then I looked out of the window
and realized that it was true. I was so scared
that I could hardly think clearly after that.
