首先我要说声谢谢,因为承蒙领导的信任自从进入我们当幼我就年年当选班主任,班级工作的繁重可想而知,哪怕最细微的事都要想到,如果疏忽了,就会出现差错,以往这几年的班主任工作我都是尽心尽力地来完成的!而今天我第一次站在这里来竞争这一岗位,虽然知道做班主任会辛苦,但我愿意接受这次挑战。我先谈一谈自己竞聘这个岗位具备的条件:
第一、本身所具备的条件
我热爱幼儿教育事业,热爱班主任这个繁忙而又充实的工作。我已有多年担任班主任工作的经验,通过这几年的工作实践,使我在班级管理方面,摸索出了一套自己的方法。班主任事务做起来也得心应手。我自己也在不断的给自己充电现在正在本科的函授学习。
第二、建立新型的师生关系

定义：表示过去某个时刻正在进行的动作。
基本结构: be（was\were） +doing
e.g. He was sleeping in bed at 8 yesterday morning.
They are cleaning at that time.
过去进行时
Past Progressive Tense
现在进行时：now, look, listen, at 10…
过去进行时： at 8 yesterday morning, at this time last week, at that time, at that moment …
时间状语
肯定句式：
主语+was/were+动词-ing (+其他).
e.g. I was swimming at that time.
否定句式:
主语+wasn’t/weren’t +动词-ing (+其他).?
e.g. They weren’t cooking at that moment.
Pairwork
一般疑问句式：
e.g. —Was Ben reading at the time of the
rainstorm?
—Yes, he was. / No, he wasn’t.
Was / Were+主语+动词-ing (+其他)?
肯定回答为：Yes,?主语+ was / were.；

引导的时间状语从句。
yesterday, last week, in 1993, once, before, a few days ago等。
