一、教材内容分析
1. Just talk
本部分围绕话题What do you usually do on weekends?帮助学生理解、运用I usually go to the theme park on Saturdays.等句子表达在指定日期内的活动,并能将已学过的内容融进本课,以旧引新,在真实的语境中恰当运用。
主要目标语言:
What do you usually do on weekends?
We/I usually go to the theme park.
2. Just read and write
通过看图和听音,认读单词weekend、park和theme park,掌握week和today两个四会单词在四线格内的规范书写。可利用ppt制作的日历和图片讲解单词。其中,theme park一词要给予解释并举出其他例子,如theme classroom和theme song等。
3. Let’s play
本部分设计以手工制作为基础展开对话,在做游戏中,加深对本课内容的理解。学生准备好个人卡片,教师为每组提供一张大纸,在纸内划出若干空格,学生在小组内轮流问答句子,看谁回答问题后放到纸上空格内的卡片最多,组长做好统计,将成绩报告老师,教师对优胜者给予奖励。
二、学生情况分析
本节课谈论周末的活动,What do you usually do on weekends? We/I usually go to the theme park.学生对于此话题从未接触学习过,本课时词汇句型内容相对学生来说不容易理解掌握。基于此,在教学过程中可以借助图片让学生学习。单词week和today,要求学生能达到听说读写的要求,掌握这两个单词在四线格内的规范书写。这两个单词很多学生会在本单元前几课时的学习中都出现过,同学们已经会听说和认读。
三、教学目标
1. 知识目标:
全体学生能够掌握目标语言:

全体学生能够当堂掌握单词week和today,达到听说读写,掌握这两个单词在四线格内的规范书写。
全体学生能够听说认读单词:weekend、park和theme park。

全体学生能听说读写week和today。

五、教学步骤
热身
chant ,活跃课堂气氛。
设计意图:通过说唱歌谣和游戏活动,既活跃了课堂气氛,又复习了旧知,为后面的语言输出做好了铺垫。
3. 师生对话,处理’today’和‘week’两个单词的拼写:
T: What day is today?
Ss: Today is…
T: Can you spell ’today’?
T: How many days are there in a week?
Ss: There are seven days in a week.
T: Can you spell the word ‘week’?
设计意图:教师通过师生对话复习了学过的句型,同时也呈现了本节课的四会单词’today’和‘week’,并让孩子们掌握该词的书写,教师在四线格中板书。使知识呈现的自然,易于学生接受。
呈现和操练
学习单词weekend
承上,教师接着与学生对话:
T: There are seven days in a week. What are they?
Ss: They are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.屏幕中出现这些单词,教师点击鼠标,屏幕上只留下了Saturday和Sunday这两个单词。
T: Saturday and Sunday are the end of the week,屏幕呈现单词:the end of the week,及其汉语意思。
T: We can call Saturday and Sunday :’weekend’,屏幕呈现单词,由两种颜色组成。(教师呈现单词卡片,分组读或开火车,教师把卡片贴到黑板上)
呈现本课主句型:What do you usually do on weekends?
IWe usually go to the theme park .当学到theme park 时,教师通过图片让学生对比park 和 theme park的区别,接着呈现theme classroom和theme song。

设计意图:通过游戏巩固拓展,整体感知对话,为下一步的语言学习做好铺垫。
T: Now take out your book and listen :What do Li Yan and her friends usually do on weekends? And when? Saturdays or Sundays?
Show the groups, when they act, what they do on weekends.
2. Summary
T: Great. What have we learned today? 同学们小组交流后,找同学总结。回归到板书。
