二、奋斗目标
1.学校师生在镇级以上教育行政主管部门组织的各类竞赛活动中获奖数量与质量均高于本镇同类民办学校;
2.学生期末统考成绩按镇各项统计指标计算排位,明显高于本镇同类民办学校,且各年级至少有一个班某一学科的某一项指标排镇前五位;
3.教学管理、教学质量家长满意度达95%以上;
4.进行精品课研究,各学科组每学期至少有一件作品在镇级以上获奖;
5.不断进行教育创新,各学科组每学期至少申报一项教
育创新成果奖,力争获镇级以上奖。
