Unit1 C Story time 教案
一、新设计
将整个故事的情节通过思维导图的形式呈现给学生，有助于学生理解故事的情节脉络，为学生通过复述故事进行语言输出提供支架帮助。将课本中nuts一词灵活迁移于学生评价活动中，有效帮助学生理解和记忆这一生词，也帮助学生理解故事的内容。
二、教学目标
知识目标：理解Story time文本的内容；能够朗读和表演故事，掌握本单元重点句型。
能力目标：培养学生语音语调的能力，培养学生综合运用语言的能力。
情感目标：教育学生合理安排业余活动，教育学生学会与他人分享东西，教育学生要积极与他人合作，相互帮助共同完成学习任务。
三、学情分析
五年级的学生已具备一定的英语基础，而且对新事物有较强的接受能力；
五年级学生对英语的兴趣有所下降，故事教学生动有趣，能有效激发学生的学习兴趣；
本单元前四个课时已经学过故事里的重点句型，在此基础上展开故事的学习，学生已做好了相关的知识储备。
四、重点难点
教学重点：学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下理解故事的内容；
能够有感情地朗读和表演故事；
复习与巩固有关人物一周活动安排的词汇和句型。
教学难点：理解生词的含义；
复述故事的内容；
描述自己的一周活动。
五、教学过程
活动1【导入】Warm up
1. Sing an English song: My weekend.
通过唱本单元的英文歌曲热身，吸引学生的注意力，使学生尽快融入英语课堂学习的氛围。
2. Free talk
接着进行师生会话，谈论“一星期的活动”，What do you often do on the weekend?回顾重点句型，为新课导入做铺垫。
（板书重点句型）
Today we continue to learn Unit 1, we are going to read a story to see what others often do on their weekends. 引出课题。
（板书课题）
活动2【讲授】Presentation
1. Dividing the group
Today I bring some delicious food. Let’s see what it is. 呈现各种不同的nuts图片，然后将学生分成两组，回答问题正确，即可奖励一个花生图案的黑板磁铁片，课后赢的一组获得一袋真花生。
2. Pre-reading
T: Turn to page 11; what can you see in the picture?
S: Zoom and Zip.
T: Let’s watch the cartoon and think about what they are talking about. (播放动画2分钟)
S: They are talking about Zip’s week.
3. While-reading
Read the story carefully, try to find the answers of these five questions and underline the answers with your pen.
呈现问题：
What does Zip do from Monday to Wednesday?
What does Zip do on Thursday?
What does Zip do on Friday?
What does Zip do on the weekend?
When does Zip play the pipa?
（引导孩子理解在解答问题的过程中遇到的生词的含义，并根据学生回答的答案构建故事的思维导图）
4. Post-reading
Follow the tape and try to imitate the pronunciation and intonation (跟读).
Read with your partner (同伴互读).
Read in group (组内朗读).
Read together (齐读).

2. Dubbing Zip.
3. Dubbing the whole story.
活动4【练习】Consolidation and Extension
1. 根据故事内容，判断句子正 (tick) 误 (cross).
2. I can retell。(运用思维导图，复述故事，帮助学生语言输出。)
3. I can say. (提供语言支架，让学生描述自己的一周活动，帮助学生语言输出。)
4. I can write. (提供语言支架，让学生续写故事结尾。)
活动5【活动】Summary
情感渗透
What do you learn from the story? (开放式问题，学生可以各抒己见。)

1. Read the story to your parents.
2. Write a small passage about your day or your week.
