Step 1 Warm-up & Revision
1.教师说：“There are 4 seasons and 12 months in a year.”引导学生说出季节及每个季节所对应月份的单词。
2.教师说出疑问词（组）的用法，学生说出对应的疑问词（组）。如：T：问地点、位置 Ss: where。依次复习所学的疑问词（组）where，when，why，what，how many，how much，who，whose。

B. Read and write
1.教师用课件呈现吴一凡的照片。学生看图回答问题。Q: Who is he? What does he wear? He looks happy, why? 教师回答最后一个问题“Because he will have an English party.”引出Read and write部分的内容。
2.教师呈现一些活动类图片，询问“What will he do at the party?”引导学生根据图片进行回答He will play games./He will act out stories./He will read riddles.等。教学讲解本部分的重点词汇。稍后提问This passage is an ____. 引导学生发现是一封邀请函。
3.请学生观察邀请函，提问（1）When is the English party?（2）Where is the party?（3）What will we do at the party? 回答问题后请学生总结一封邀请函一般都有哪些内容。
4.完成课本“Read and tick or cross.”部分的练习。师生核对答案。
5.播放Read and write部分的视频，学生逐句跟读，教师强调注意语音语调。
6.教师在课件中呈现Welcome to my birthday party!和一些活动类图片，学生根据图片说说I’ll ...
7.教师呈现课本P29右下方的词汇并讲解词汇，引导学生理解。稍后请学生完成该部分练习，提醒学生根据自己的想法，并参考课本上的词汇，写出三个一般将来时的句子。
8.Try to write：请学生仿照邀请函，自己写一封其他聚会的邀请函。
