Step 1 Warm-up & Revision
1.打地鼠:通过“打地鼠”游戏,复习月份及节日词汇。
2.呈现四季的图片,复习四季的单词及天气类词汇。
3.教师利用课件呈现季节图片及单词,学生说出对应的月份。
Step 2 Presentation & Practice
A. Let’s learn
1.教师说:“It’s in April. We have a race between Class 1 and Class 2. It’s about swimming.”引出Let’s learn部分的短语swimming contest,并引出日期的表达。
2.教师呈现4月1日的日历,教学first,让学生理解意思,板书first(1st)并带读,强调1st是first的缩写形式。并通过ir发音,引出序数词third,并教学。
3.教师日期为1号的节日图片,以及句型“—When is ...? —It’s on ...”进行问答,巩固新词first。
4.教师扮演吴一凡,呈现一张100分的试卷图片,并说:“We have a maths test. I am the first.”随后课件呈现Amy以及句子“I get 99. I am the ____.”和Sarah以及句子“I get 98. I am the ____.”依次以此方式教学序数词second,third,fourth,fifth。并板书对应的基数词,让学生认真观察,自己归纳总结基数词变序数词的规律。
5.播放Let’s learn部分的动画视频,学生跟读。稍后教师板书并讲解句型“—When is ...? —It’s on +具体某天(月份+序数词).”要求学生利用该句型创编对话。
6.Catch the plane:每架飞机上带有序数词,当飞机出现时,学生快速说出中文意思并拼读单词,看谁又快又准。
7.巩固练习:____ is the first month of a year. ____ is the second month of year. ____ is the third month of a year. ____ is the fourth month of a year. ____ is the fifth month of a year. 同样地,利用星期一至星期日进行巩固序数词。
8.教师带领学生演唱自编的chant:1、2、3变字体,th 4上起,八加h,九减e,用f代ve,遇到数字几十几,请把个位基变序,如果遇到整十数,把y变ie。
A. Ask and answer
1.让学生认读Ask and answer部分的词汇。稍后教师带读。
2.教师在课件上呈现该部分的活动安排,将学生分组,给学生一分钟时间记住各项活动安排。然后教师提问:“When is the singing contest?”学生抢答:“It’s on July 1st.”回答最快、最正确的那一组能够加分。
3.学生利用课本上的活动日历,仿照上述师生问答,与同桌创编对话。
