严以用权学习心得体会
习近平总书记提出的“三严三实”要求,严以用权直指领导干部作风的核心。严以用权,就是要坚持用权为民,按规则、按制度行使权力,把权力关进制度的“笼子”里,任何时候都不搞特权、不以权谋私。权力是把双刃剑,正确用权就能为民谋利,为民造福;滥用权力就会损害群众权益,败坏党和政府形象。只有严以用权,才能不逾规矩。
在现实生活,常会听人讲,我又不是官我也没有权,没有必要约束自己。但我想,官不是权的代名词,权亦不是官的专属称谓。有权的不一定都是官,简单的例子:学校的老师是官吗 不是,但他们很有权,所教学生的调度皆由他们;国家机关普通工作人员是官吗 不是,但他们面对服务对象,他们又都很有权;还有家庭也一样,家长虽然在单位不是官,但回到家孩子得听他的,他有权了……由此,我认为习总书记“严以用权”的要求适用于现实的所有人。
严以用权我们应责无旁贷、必须践行。要必须清醒地认识到自己手的权力是党和人民给的,它不是你身份的摆设,而是你真正服务于人民的多与少,接近人民的多与少。现在有一个很奇怪现象,职位越高,老百姓见到的难度越大。久而久之成了
