complain(~ed) 名词：complaint 复数complaints write a complaint letter写一封投诉信
complain to sb向某人抱怨 complain about/of sth 抱怨某事
complain to sb about/of sth 向某人抱怨某事 complained that+从句
例句：
I’ve really got nothing to complain of. 我确实没有什么可抱怨的。
He complained to the police of the boys stealing his apples. 他向警方控告那些男孩偷他的苹果。
He complained that the exam was too hard. 他抱怨考试太难了。
（2）I can explain!
现在分词：explaining 过去式：explained 过去分词：explained 名词：explanation
explain to sb sth = explain sth to sb. Give me a reasonable explanation
注意：explain/ introduce/borrow不能直接跟双宾语,在表示人的间接宾语前,总有一个介词
explain sth. to sb. introduce A to B, borrow sth. from sb.
不要将它们和普通的双宾动词如give/show/offer等混淆。
give /show/offersth. to sb. = give/show/offer sb. sth.
