本课是围绕Betty 和Lingling 在参观完动物园后引发的关于对保护动物的讨论,整个对话围绕野生动物的生存现状、人类活动对动物及其生存环境的影响以及人们对动物的保护措施等内容展开,有助于推动学生践行保护动物的理念。对话呈现了动词不定式作宾语补足语、目的状语的语言现象,也复习了Module 5的语法点动词不定式作宾语的表达方式,并为下一课中讨论濒危动物熊猫的现状及保护措施做一个铺垫。
三、学情分析:
八年级三班的学生,通过对上一模块Module 5的学习,学生对动词不定式的基本构成形式及充当宾语的表达方式有一定的理解,并且比较感兴趣于有关于动物的话题,能掌握我们以前所学过的有关于动物的单词。但是由于学生对于英语的五种基本句型及句子成份的不了解,因此让学生理解动词不定式充当宾语补足语和目的状语这一语言现象会较困难。大部分学生对于动物的特征,或是动物的活动较熟悉,但是这个年纪的学生的抽象思维能力较弱。而且由于知识面窄和单词量的不足,对于讨论动物处于危险中的原因和如何保护动物措施的话题可能会较难展开。21世纪教育网版权所有
