单元重点:
1、学会用was,were表达自己和他人过去的情况,包括年龄、身体特征等;
2、学会用was/were/wasn’t/weren’t描述人物以及事物以前的状况和现在的对比;
3、能运用过去式描述自己几年前的状况。

Module 5 Unit 1
I was two then.
Warm-up: 1. Let’s say.(通过反义词图片,带领学生复习形容词,为接下来的学习做好铺垫)

出示Panpan 一家的图片,让学生进行描述,This is .... He/She is ....

介绍老师自己: This is me. I am ....
提问学生: What about you? What about your friend?
再通过图片,介绍自己小时候的样子,出示句型 I was ....
提出问题: What about Sam?

Activity 1: 1. 然后播放活动1视频,让学生观察Sam的照片并寻找答案。
2. Look and say: 通过Sam 和Tom 的两张照片的对比,让学生们更清晰的认识was的用法,并鼓励学生们反复说。

Activity 2: 1. How about Lingling? Let’s watch. 提出问题并播放活动2视频。
通过课件出示图片,展示Lingling以前和现在的照片,引导学生进一步理解和运用was。

3.再次提出问题:Who are they? 布置学生齐读课文,并找到答案。
4.小结was和were的用法,带进人称,让学生熟悉人称下be动词的变化。

Let's guess:通过猜一猜的活动,让学生在图片情境下进一步操练语言,特别是人称的变化,单复数的变化。

Practise: 1. 出示图片场景,分别是学校、动物园、公园,Sam,Amy, Daming分别在这些场景里面。之后出示他们不在的场景,让学生们回答:Who was in the ...?

2.增加活动难度,场景增加到六个,随着人物的消失,让学生们说出:Who was in the ...?

Activity 3. Listen and say.
Activity 4. Practise. Make dialogues then write.
Homework:1. Retell the text
2. Draw yourself then make sentences: I was ....
