Activity 1: 1. 出示图片,让学生进行描述.He is strong. Was he strong then? 让学生带着问题看活动一的动画，并回答。
Look and say: 继续通过图片操练句型：Was he strong then?
Activity 2: 1. Lingling’s grandpa is old too. He was young then. Where is he in this photo?提出问题并播放活动2视频。
2.通过课件出示图片回答以上问题，并通过图片和视频让学生了解深圳这个城市。
通过图片提出新问题：Was it a big city then? 学生回答后，让学生了解过去的深圳。
利用图片学习village, town, city,country.并让学生进行造句。
最后总结：There are lots of villages, towns, cities in China. I love China. I love our country.
