Warm-up: Look at the video. It’s about the famous cities in China. Welcome to China.(让学生们在观看视频的同时,说出看到的城市名称)
Activity 1: 1. 播放活动1视频,Listen and chant.
呈现孩子们熟悉的城市图片,并呈现句型:Welcome to...让学生们自己说一说,最后延伸到 Welcome to the party/our school。

出示来到中国的男孩的图片,提出问题:He came to Beijing by...,接着出示句子框架和图片,让学生进一步操练。

Listen then answer:点击每张图片右上角的小图标,播放交通工具的声音,让学生们听后回答:Did he/she travel by ...?

Practise: Did he/she eat ...? 通过图片情境让学生操练重点句,为新课学习做铺垫。

Activity 2:1.导入新课:Welcome to the US. Dalong lives in the US.
Where does he live?(呈现美国的三个城市,让学生思考),播放活动2的视频动画。

Practise: Where does ... live?呈现孩子们熟悉的课文人物,看着世界地图并作出回答。

继续课文学习,通过图片让学生们了解并熟悉课文内容

Let's say: 出示路线图,呈现重点词汇,帮助学生们回忆课文框架,并鼓励他们借助这个路线图复述课文。
