单元重点:
1、学习并会使用重点动词send,sent,put,ask...to...;学习词汇student,library,idea,shelf,put,heavy,dictionary,library card,wrong,guide,film,way,topic;
2、学习描述书籍的种类,以及学习如何询问和描述相关书籍位置;
3、学习一些介词的用法for,on,in,about。
Module 4 Unit 1 Let’s make a home library.
Lead-in: Show pictures in turn. T: What is he/she doing? What are they doing? Ss: He/She is reading. They are reading. T: So it’s ___Day. Ss: reading day
Activity 1: It’s reading day. We’ve got so many books. Let’s listen and answer..(播放视频一)We’ve got books for teachers/students. We haven’t got books for the dog.

Activity 2: 1.We've got books for students. This is a book about animals. 接着展示不同的读书,让学生进行描述。
Practise: 1) This is a book about animals/science/sports/food/art.

2) This is a book about animals. These are books about animals.练习复数形式。展示局部图,猜These are books about....These are books about food/sports/art.

2. There are so many books. Let’s make a home library. 展示不同国家的图书馆,让学生理解并欣赏。

3. The libraries are very beautiful. Let’s make a home library. These books are about art. Let’s put them on Shelf A.依次展示不同的书籍,并放入架内。最后一个架F放入字典,学习新词dictionary以及复数形式dictionaries,以及形容词heavy。




Practise: 1) A:Where are the books about ______? B: They are on Shelf ___.
2)对话练习完后,练习句型The books on Shelf ___are about___.

4.Ms Smart, Amy and Linging are going to make a home library too.
Why? Let’s listen. They’re going to make a home library because
Ms Smart’s friend sent her books and CDs.

4. Read and answer. Fill in the blanks.

5. Read and answer. Sam wants a book about sports. Lingling: They are on Shelf C. T: Is she right. Ss: They are in the wrong place. The books on Shelf C are about art.用同样的方式描述John要找的书。
