教学过程
Step 1:Review&Lead in(复习&导入)
1.师生齐唱歌曲“What do you do on the weekend”,复习与周末活动有关的动词词组。
2.师生一起看日历及活动图片进行问答,谈谈自己上个周末做了什么,导入新课。
T: I cleaned my room last weekend. What did you do last weekend?
S1: I stayed at home last weekend.
S2: I watched TV.
...
Step 2:Presentation&Practice(新课呈现&当堂操练)
1.让学生看学过的Let's talk部分,师生互动:
T: What did Mike do last weekend?
S1: Mike cleaned his room and washed his clothes.
教师适当展示单词图片,并对比板书:
clean—cleaned his room
wash—washed his clothes
让学生了解动词过去式变化的一般规律。
2.教师出示课本图三和图四陈杰的周末活动图,师生互动:
T: What about Chen Jie? What did she do last weekend?
Ss: She stayed at home and watched TV.
板书并展示单词图片:stay—stayed at home watch—watched TV
3.教师播放Let's learn课文动画,学生跟读。
4.学生同桌合作,练习Let's learn中的对话,分小组展示。
Step 3:Consolidation&Extension(巩固&拓展)
1.词汇巩固活动
(1)“炸弹”游戏Bomb Game
教师在课件中反复呈现本课时词组的图片cleaned his room、washed his clothes、stayed at home、watched TV,其中穿插“炸弹”图片。如果学生看到词组图片时,立即大声读出;如果学生看到“炸弹”图片时,要用手捂住耳朵并迅速趴在桌子上“躲避”。(进行游戏时,出示图片要由慢到快;教师可以先带读,等到学生对词组比较熟悉时,再让学生看图片,说词组)
(2)我说你做I say, you do
首先,教师说词组,学生做动作;然后,教师做动作,学生说词组;最后,一名学生上台说词组,其他学生做动作。
(3)猜猜猜Guess,guess,guess
教师在课件上出示单词卡片(含配图与单词),遮住单词的一部分(开头或者结尾),学生快速猜测并读出该单词。
2.学生利用表格进行问卷调查。(Do a survey and report)
(1)教师请两名学生分角色读出本板块对话,帮助学生了解本板块内容。
(2)学生六人一组,做调查活动,每名学生询问除自己以外的其他五名同学,并在表格中记录调查结果。操练句型“How was your weekend?”“It was OK/fine...”“What did you do?”“I+v.-ed...”。
(3)教师请几名学生汇报自己小组的调查结果。例如:
Two students washed their clothes last weekend.
Step 4:Summary(小结)
本课我们重点学习了cleaned my room、washed my clothes、stayed at home和watched TV四个词组,并学会了用“How was your weekend?”“What did you do?”谈论周末活动。
Step 5:Test(当堂微测)
选一选,填一填。

教学反思
1.亮点:本课主要是词汇教学。在新内容呈现环节,教师图文结合,展示所学。在新知识巩固环节,教师采用多种游戏来巩固新知识,学生乐学,大大提高了课堂效率。
2.不足之处:部分学生不能灵活运用一般过去时描述过去发生的事情。
3.教学建议:对基础薄弱的学生进行着重辅导,鼓励这部分学生多开口。
